Topic: Do Aquas' lives always revolve around their friends?

I am not a sun Aquarius but I do have an eleventh house sun and this house belongs to that sign and friendship has always been very important but I have always wanted really good friends, not the crappy, back stabbing variety and I am not shy about cutting all ties with two faced friends, for they are really secret enemies. Friendship is what I crave more than partnerships and stuff like that. It's always been that way . Nothing beats a really good friend and that's from a sun in eleventh house point of view. If I did have a good friend like that, they would be the most important thing in my life because they are a priceless treasure and people like that are rare in the world, so yes, my life would revolve around them and I would be grateful I had them and would never take them for granted and I am not hesitant to shout it to the world. I am not ashamed about admitting it. Friendship is one of the best things you can have in life. It makes it so much easier. IP: Logged |

The females I know have very few female friends. I really can't like these people. I always feel conflicted about their lies. I'm a Leo sun and Aqua moon so there's major attraction but I just can't seem to live with their chickensh-t ways. IP: Logged |

Like I said, Aquarians have a lot of acquaintances, but very few close friends. Aquarius is the sign of groups, and I think people can confuse groups with friendship. It’s the sign of individual freedom, too. It’s like concentric circles. On the furthest circle outward, there are strangers you could say “hello” to, shake hands with, then claim they’re an acquaintance. Take one or a few steps inward and you’ve got a circle of people you are friends with but don’t know extremely well. Eventually you’ve got your core circle of friends who you know so well (as they do you) that you could cover each others’ backs in the trenches. You know each other backwards and forwards. So, non-Aquarians, don’t presume to know what Aquarians are like because your sun happens to be in the 11th house.

From what I've seen, aquarius makes an awesome friend to anyone. They're just people who are in really high demand haha. Because they're so easygoing, entertaining and "cute." They're just awesome. Not to mention very kind and nurturing. I think because of this, aquarius is pretty much everyone's best friend, and also because of this, they have very few truly close friends since they're equally super close to everyone that they don't have enough time or energy to pay close attention to that many people. And also, I think it makes them fickle. Since they know that they make friends easily, they will just move on when they grow apart from a best friend.I think it's similar with the other two air signs as well. Except that aquarius is probably much less picky about who is their friend than gem or libra. ------------------

Sorry but as an Aqua with sun in Aqua I find blanket generalisations ridiculous! I don't have lots of aquaintances or wish I had lots of good friends. I have a few close friends and that's exactly how I like it. IP: Logged |

I'm very picky. More so than Geminis (my brother is a Gemini). As I said, and other Aquarians have, too, many acquaintances, few close friends. I think this point gets ignored by those whose bubble about Aquarian friendship is bursting . IP: Logged |

Yes I definitely think friendship will always be a constant theme in the lives of Aquas. Obviously the amount of time devoted to their friends will differ for each Aquarius. I think an Aqua truly appreciates good friends and what it really means to have a friend that you can trust 100%. That's why they put their friends first because they know that they deserve it. I'm not talking about acquaintances. I'm talking about real friends. I have Pluto in 11th house so I take matters concerning friendship very, very seriously Sun: Aqua
