Leo/5th house/Sun influences or Pisces/12th house/Neptune influences really help with acting. The Leo oriented stuff gives charisma and flare to how someone is able to present themselves, and the Pisces oriented stuff helps people to engross themselves in the fantasy that they are creating.This includes Solar oriented and Neptune oriented planetary aspects, house placements, and sign placements, in the natal chart.
People with strong 1st houses or 10th houses also tend to have a lot of ‘presence’, especially good for acting is the Sun or Neptune in the 1st or 10th houses. Neptune or the Sun conjunct the Dsc can be good for acting too, as the 7th house describes how we are able to influence others.
For comedy, combos of Jupiter, Mercury, and Uranus, in the natal chart can be good for entertainment value. Jupiter exaggerates, Mercury has clever little witticisms, and Uranus shocks with off-the-wall oddball type stuff.
