What happens when a planet is not ruler of any house i mean , like when you have intercepted signs, the ruler of that sign wont be ruling a house.

Does this planet gets weakened or it just wont be able to be felt in a particual area of life?

Im taking myself as example : my aries and Libra are intercepted , but meanwhile venus also rules Taurus my venus is ruling a house but my mars is not

It can go either way, it'll either make it hard to bring that "area" out or you'll over compensate and concentrate all your energy onto it. Or maybe you'll do one and then the other. It's not such a problem if the houses are empty.

If Mars isn't ruling any house it may just mean that your "will" isn't in control of any one particular area of life, you probably apply your energy the same way in all areas? My Sun doesn't rule any house ~ it just permeates everything equally.

It's when a house completely contains a single sign. So fro example ~ if it's intercepted in Leo/Aqua across the 4th/10th, you would have cancer on the cusp of the 4th and Virgo on the cusp of the 5th. The 10th would have Capricorn on the cusp and the 11th would have Pisces on the cusp.
