Means that there won't be any lessons to learn in terms of partnerships, no problems to do with that area nor any high points.
Doesn't mean you'll never get married, just means that there wont be many lessons to learn and your happiness in terms of marriage won't be afflicted unless Mars isn't doing so well in your chart, check to see where mars is to give you some info on your marriage/partnership life
