So it seems any ways. Lunar phases in a natal chart show where you are in the cycle:

quote:
BALSAMIC NATAL PHASE, 315 deg - 360 deg [...] This is a very karmic lifetime in which you are meeting all those with which you have unfinished business from the previous seven lifetimes before this one.

And I've heard but forget where that your Moon is where your Sun was in the life before current. What else can be revealed through the Moon? Or what else can reveal past lives in general?

Depends on the theory.

Esoteric astrology states Moon Sign was Sun Sign last life and your Ascendant will be your Sun Sign next life.

Soul Astrology states the Ascendant is the Soul and you chose your current Sun Sign because you never had the chance to live as that sign.

Saturn represents a key to your past life. I can't say for the other signs, but Saturn in Aquarius means I'll be meeting people I once knew last life.

Pluto in the Draconic Chart gives an idea of where you probably lived in your last life.

Mine states I was Aquarius Pluto so I came from the American War of Independence and French Revolution. So the past life description for Moon in Leo is right after all, I am the reincarnation of an Aristocrat !

There's more theories out there but these are the ones I'm currently studying,

Interesting thread! I'm in the same moon phase. Busy huh?

@Mortel: What about Draconic Pluto in Pisces? Lived near the ocean?? On an island? Lol. Best I can think of.

The last time Pluto was in Pisces was around the 1800s. Considering we're still like over 20 years away from reaching the next Pisces Pluto, finding the last time Pisces was in Pluto shouldn't be hard on the web.

Lol. That's because you were postponing because you knew you had 7 lifetimes of karma to solve, lol

Found this for you: Pluto in Aries – (1823 – 1852)

When Pluto is associated with the personal planets as mentioned earlier, the desire to do something entirely original is uppermost in the mind. This is a pioneering vibration, both personally and historically as shown by the events that took place during 1823-1852. This craving for power may work positively or negatively depending on how diplomatically one is able to assert oneself in a social context. There’s certainly a passion for great power when Pluto transits through Aries.

Historically, throughout Europe and even America, revolutions emerged and were a reflection of the desire for communities to assert their independence against a prevailing yet outmoded political and societal system.

excellent,

This may be a thick question but how do we find out what phase of the moon we are born under?

My moon is 17 degrees Taurus

whats confusing me slightly is the interpretation you have for moon at 315-360 degrees....my moon is in house 10 at the top of my chart so I take it that mine too must be at a fairly late phase???

confused much!

^Sure thing babe! Go here first: http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/lunarphases.html

Start at your Sun and go counter clockwise until you reach your Moon. The number of degrees between the Sun and Moon would determine what lunar phase you have.
For you, what degree is your Sun? If your Moon is at 17 Taurus, how many degrees away from your Pisces Sun is that? The ranges will be listed under the link.

For me, my Aquarius Moon is 78 degrees away from my Sun, so I'm actually a Crescent Natal Phase (45 to 90 degrees).
(I only included that link to show the past life connection bit. Sorry Twirl!)

Thank you anno and excellent

I was born under the Crescent Natal Phase, this struck a chord with me;

"Your greatest challenge is to become independent of belief systems and concepts that are part of the past. This is necessary in order to fully realize selfhood and individuality. Be aware of comfortable ruts and habitual behavior. They represent the chains of the past."

I am trying to figure out if i am working towards that or not.......

This is a very interesting thread.
