This is going to sound strange but I attract guys that eventually are jealous of me. Not ALL of them, but enough that I notice a pattern. I think it's strange for a man to be jealous of a woman but those are my personal feelings. In any case, the only thing I could think of in my chart that does this is Pluto in the 5th, and also Mars being inconjunct Pluto. Has anybody else had this happen? Men who attract women that are jealous of them can place input as well.

Can you give an example?

Sometimes it's a social thing, like if a woman makes more money (or is taller, stronger, etc) than the man that makes him "submissive" (in the eyes of those who adopt this view) which is a huge burden of shame to plenty of men and I would say astrology has little to do with it (though I suppose you could be even more prone than usual to attract guys who have to be "on top").

OTOH, if it's like being jealous of a musical talent (unless you make a habit of dating musicians) then that would be unusual and I could see astrology helping this to happen. And say being jealous of how you look (even if he's a metrosexual) would be downright bizarre.

Do you mean men in general or just guys you attract?
Gay men can be jealous of women.

Jealousy is not uncommon in relationships now that I think about it. You could be jealous of your lovers job or talent.
Pluto and mars come to mind and you've already mentioned that?

Hi Pixie, yes I have examples. The reactions are the same but the two men I have in mind didn't like me being so popular. People tend to warm up to me in general very easy and this bothered them. When I would talk about a new friend or getting something for free because someone was feeling generous, the reaction I got was very minimal and stoic. Now, I understand being a guy and things that are a big deal to me not being a big deal to them or someone else. But the topic wouldn't change, they would just give some kind of "Mmmm." sound and then silence. Not even false exclamations of "Oh, that's cool!"

I also know a guy who is jealous I am "prettier" than he is, and he's not metrosexual nor is he interested in me. It's weird. I'm a woman, you're a man - we're not even competing in the same arena sexually?!

If you've noticed a pattern, then it must be something about your attitude. Maybe with men, you come off as being a bit too "full of yourself" or maybe brag too much? This could be irritating. ...I dunno. I dont thinks its astrologically related, however.

Actually, there are relationships where a man is with a model and he is abusive toward her because he is jealous. I know what Hanna is talking about. Men can be jealous of a partner who he sees as experiencing greater success. Insecurity is the root of jealousy.

I would look to aspects from Pluto to Sun, moon, Venus and Mars and don't be surprised if Neptune shows up as well. A tough aspect from Saturn to Moon, Venus or Mercury could indicate a person who is a bit off in their temperament. Tense Mars aspects can mean a quick temper. Brooding tendencies if you see squares from malefics to personal planets, especially the moon, Mercury and Venus.

Pluto makes the most sense, right? What would denote a partner being jealous of the other in synastry? (Same sex couples excluded)

One I think had Pluto on his Sun, AND Neptune. The other has Mercury conj. Pluto natally and a Capricorn moon which is similar to Moon opp. Saturn.

A guy's Pluto must aspect a woman's or partner's personal planets and corroborating aspects from the malefics since this denotes the temperament being a bit off. Often, more than just jealousy is involved which is why I suggest the planets which are considered malefic should be considered as well. Look for house placements, such as first, third, sixth, seventh, eighth, eleventh, twelfth.

Seriously, are you ME????I've had this issue with almost every guy who are interested in me.

It's easy for me to blend with any crowd.Be it a nerdy one, whatever type of people am presented to it's kinda easy for me to make people respond to me AND like me.At first the guy will present me to his good friends then feel jealous when they actually respond to me. He even felt jealous that his doggie liked me!

It's so weird to me. I've never found myself jealous of a guy. I get jealous of girls sometimes, in a fleeting moment, but the competition guys face is so stark in contrast that I don't relate to it enough to produce those feelings. It's why I don't understand a guy getting jealous of a girl.

I'd have to agree with Orange on this one. I've never experienced a guy being jealous of me despite me earning more than most of them and if it happened with several boyfriends then I'd have to look at MYSELF rather than them for the answer

Any man who has to be jealous for any reason has some self esteem issues to deal with. There is more than enough facing inter-male rivalry for a man to worry about than to concern himself about competing against a woman.

It still doesn't explain their reaction of jealousy, even if I actually brag about myself or whatnot (which I don't.) Disinterest - yes I would understand that, but flat out jealousy? Jealousy indicates you want something for yourself, or you don't want someone else to have it. Why would a man be jealous of a woman's qualities when she isn't outearning him, or taller, and she is supportive of his hobbies or good things happening to him. I don't react with a "Mmm." if something great happens to my friends, I'm happy for them WITH them because that's what normal people do.

I can see that. There's a factor in there (skill, the grades.) I guess I'm just beating a dead horse here, 'cause at first I didn't see what the factor was about me they were jealous of. Just that they didn't approve or like good things happening for me. I guess some people are jealous and gender really has nothing to do with it.

I have the opposition, preachin' to the choir. I just always thought since it was my moon that it excluded men, but I guess not.

I know what you mean

The type of guys that I attract have something in common.Beneath the suits they wear and the fancy expensive cars they drive, they all have insecurities.Issues with their mother.I've noticed it's a pattern. There is something about me that attracts this type of men who are very introverted, and intelligent, who come from rich families but who have mummy issues/family issues.I don't know what aspects that attract these men to me, is it my warm vibe? or is it chiron sextile DSC moon? I don't bloody know.
