I heard this is or COULD be an indication of pregnancy..

I also have My Moon in the 7th house as well per my Solar Return chart.

Could be! Also, check out the ruler of the 4th and the ruler of the 5th - both in natal and in SR charts. If the ruler of the 4th is in the 5th house or vice versa, that's a strong indication of pregnancy this year. I also read that NN or Pluto in the 5th could point to that.
