This girl posted a photo of her legs on instagram, she had scars all over her thighs and arms I thought it was really brave anyways...
Curious what aspects cause this? I don't know her birth data

We all can be self destructive but this is a very specific problem, no?

Btw don't even dare post anything about seeking attention!
Thats just presumptuous and mean to assume the worst in people.
The physical pain can help numb the pain inside your mind etc..

The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and the Ascendant afflicted by Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto. Whenever it's obsessive compulsive, it can involve Mercury/Mars/Pluto. When there are serious psychological issues, several planets and aspects can be involved. Conjunctions, oppositions, quincunxes and squares. Sometimes, there can be combinations of easy and tense.The energy pattern created is complex. I tend to blame Mercury and Venus in tense aspect to Saturn because I have those but I don't self harm. I have depression but it's still psychological like obsessive/compulsive which is what self harm is a form of.

Conjunctions by Mars, Saturn, or Pluto to the Moon. Moon/Mars conjunction square/opposite Saturn or Pluto. Conjunctions involving oppositions between outer planets and inner ones, especially with Saturn. The conjunctions caught up in oppositions while on the main points are especially strong.

I would think Venus afflicted by Mars or Pluto, since Venus rules aesthetics and Mars and Pluto are both action and have to do with physical violence. Maybe Jupiter in there somehow to increase it's frequency?

Maybe sun square or opposite the moon while moon is square to Mercury and Mercury is opposite Saturn. The sun is supposed to be the self. The ascendant would be involved because it is connected to the physical body as well as the sixth house, perhaps. There could be many combinations due to the complexities involved which could include environment and processes in the CNS.

I have only quoted these two sentences because I have that pattern natally and I used to self-harm. By the way, usually people who self-harm have some sort of psychological disorder, most common I've found are depression, eating disorders and borderline PD.
