Good evening:It has been brought to my attention that a manager at my other job is acting irrationally at work lately. For privacy reasons I will not refer to the manager in question by his real name, rather I will refer to him as "John".
John's birth information is below:
8-20-1978
11:00 PM
San Diego, CA
On 4/29/2013, the subject allegedly approached a supervisor (we will use the name Jake) and told Jake that he could not use Joe's (another employee) help at the checkstands. Lines were backed up and customers were increasingly getting irritated by this lack of help. John then told Joe to close down, which infuriated more customers. While going through Jake's line, a customer approached Jake and told him that they were upset that Joe had to close down, and then asked why? Jake then informed the customer that John informed him that he couldn't use Joe's help due to John's overriding authority.
Furthermore, Jake says when he called for backup over the intercom, John went on the line and allegedly told Jake "that's your problem. You shouldn't have let this happen. No, Joe cannot help you check." Even Joe expressed his confusion, as when he got off the register, he had no other tasks to do at the time. The urgency of the situation demanded that Joe check for customers on the registers. Also, John did not check the whole time.
This prompted Jake to contact human resources at his company and contacted me for input on John's erratic behavior. Jake claims that John is generally a very optimistic person, carefree, and lenient. Not only was this behavior odd, it was harmful to customer service and ultimately unnecesary.
I took a look just now at John's chart and I see transiting Uranus nearly opposing John's natal Mars in Libra in the 6th house. Furthermore, transiting Saturn inScorpio opposes chiron in 12th.
Thoughts? What triggered this erratic behavior?
