Tantric rituals are elevation rituals,if I can name it as such,that originated from ancient India 7000 years ago.Tan is a Sanskrit word that signifies "expansion", and Tra signifies "liberation."

Neptune rules dreams and such,but my question is what aspects in an astrological chart would indicate that someone is capable of practicing a Tantric ritual on themselves through dreams?

I wish I knew for you :/ My advice though is to look at asteroids for this. Or see if your major chart points are located near any fixed stars that would be enablers for things such as higher thought and understanding.

*edit*I would see how they relate to your Neptune or 12H ruler since dreams are in his domain...
The problem here is that I really don't know which asteroids/stars to suggest for you.

This happened to me once, and I wrote about it here.

I have an 8H Pisces moon ruling my 12H. My 6H sun is in mutual reception with 12H Saturn.

My moon is square Neptune and Mars, sextile my sun, semisextile Jupiter, and (I think) quintile Mercury. It is trine my Scorpio NN.
