It was exact a couple of days ago.. Now it has completely entered my 7th house. What does this mean? I've read some interpretations (but there are not many, actually!), but has anyone here had it? What was it like?

My N Chiron is in the 5th,so I was young when I had this transit.I don't remember anything significant happening.

But when T Chiron was conjunct my ASC,I had spinal surgery.
