if a male has a moon in aries, and female sun in libra do the rules of opposition still apply?

would that still be opposites attract?

by default, the moon would oppose the sun.
it could be a situation where the sun person acts in a very domineering manner towards the moon person.
and in this case, with moon in aries, which is not a plus...they will still annoy each other.
yet, it could be a powerful connection, some say...more comfortable than with the square because it is more balanced.
