How do you deal with
1) new changes
2) keep yourself motivated day to day
3) when you are in charge
4) when there are conflicts

My answers

1) I clean
2) I worry
3) I hide
4) I run
ha ha ! Bit generic but I am sure there are better answers.

1) new changes-I only like them when *I* have made them...
2) keep yourself motivated day to day-tell myself it could be much worse..
3) when you are in charge-I am in charge..
4) when there are conflicts-I walk away in silence

I have Virgo Mars conj Asc and I am also a Fire Dragon

1) new changes

New changes at work? or new job? Moving to a new house? what do you mean by new changes?

2) keep yourself motivated day to day

My paycheck is a good motivation

3) when you are in charge

Am at my bestest when I'm in charge. That is the biggest motivation for me.

4) when there are conflicts

Conflicts on a personal level bring me down, like really down. It's hard for me to deal with them emotionally, but I would deal with them. Conflicts at work are challenges that push me to be better at what I do.

My Mars in Virgo ex is kinda an emo whiner when he's upset, going through changes, or feels overwhelmed. That, or he starts picking people apart - not in a way to try and help them like the positive manifestation of Virgo, but as a form of attack. Which makes sense when you think of how Mars dictates how you assert yourself and how you show aggression.

When they can't deal they try to make themselves feel better by telling you everything that's supposedly wrong with YOU. I think I drove him nuts, because he'd say that stuff and I'd just nod and go right on being who I am and doing what I want. There's an arrogance in Virgoan Mars where they genuinely expect people to change themselves according to their criticisms, to make them happy. If you wanna **** one off? Nod, listen like you're genuinely taking in everything they're saying - then turn right around and do what you were doing before they critiqued you. They'll wanna jump through a closed window.

New changes like being in an uncomfortable and uncertain situation.

I like what you say about Conflicts which are challenges that push me to be better at what I do. I love that attitude! I hope I can see the same.

Uncomfortable situation

I would leave,or I would try to break free of what's causing me discomfort.

Uncertain situation

Hmmm...this one is a bit tricky...depends on what kind of uncertain territory we are talking about here..if it's something to do with my work I can't escape it,but generally I don't like being in uncertain situations. My mind runs like a computer system whenever am into one of these situations,I try to look for flaws or sh-t that could get me into trouble.

Generally, I am like anyone else - I only like changes that work to my advantage, feel motivated when there is a task I enjoy doing, like being in charge of co-operative people and like to win my arguments without opposition. When these conditions are in place, unsurprisingly, I have no problem jumping in with enthusiasm in true virgo-mars style with an eye for detail and a yearning for perfection.

However, life is rarely without challenge and when that happens my style is more or less the same in all 4 areas you mentioned :
- keep quiet initially and have a good think.
-analyse whatever needs to be done with a fine tooth comb.
- work out a detailed plan of action, using logic to make it watertight, with a few surprise elements just in case. Worry that I have missed something and it is not perfect. Criticize myself and blame myself for being the author of my own misfortune regarding whatever problems I am facing. Beat myself up a bit. Get over it after I finally realize that all this procrastination is getting nowhere, finalize the plan even if it is not perfect ... and finally ...
- strike or take action in an understated way, making sure any possible opposition knows I have done my homework.
- if opposed, make veiled threats that tells the opposition to go to hell (usually) in such a way as they enjoy the ride.
- if they don't back off, I keep cool and act indifferent like I am inspecting an ant from a distance while they rant and rave. Then quietly carry out the veiled threat that I worked out in the planning stage.. and hope that it works.
- if it doesn't work, I withdraw to rethink. If it is not worth pursuing any more I simply drop the whole business and wipe it out my brain. If I realize I can't win the battle I really wanted to win, I will admit defeat, go and huddle somewhere while I lick my wounds and drown in self pity about how unfair life is. If it is worth pursuing, I concoct plan B and start all over again.

Wonderful answer. Thank you for helping me understand Mars in Virgo. Someone I care about but don't know well (yet) has this placement.

I have Mars in Virgo.

1) new changes - depends on what it is. If it's something that I chose to change, then I'm totally into it - like a new job, new house, etc. But, if it's change that wasn't my idea, like the ending of a relationship, death of a pet, friend moving away...I have a VERY hard time with that. I become so attached to things and people, that I don't like to be forced to let go.

2) keep yourself motivated day to day - depends on the motivation. If it's fitness, I do it because I love how it makes me feel, and I love the results. If it's work, I do it because I like to be good at what I do, and I need to be good to support myself.

3) when you are in charge - this is extremely natural for me. I am NOT a good follower at all, but I've been working on being better at that the older I get. I realize sometimes it's OK to not drive the truck and just be a passenger. But, most of the time, I prefer to call the shots. For myself, and yes, for other people (yikes). lol

4) when there are conflicts - depends. If it's someone elses, I like to advise and intervene (see above - lol). If its in my life - either with work, a friend, a relationship, I am horrible and will do all I can to avoid confrontation. I generally will just avoid people and cut them out entirely at that point, just to avoid the mess. However, there are times when a relationship is really important, that I will go out of my way to mend the fence, and that means getting very uncomfortable by actually talking about my feelings. Ugh.
