True node and mean node? which one is the south node and which is the north?

On astro.com the North Node appears in the charts, not the South Node (it's directly opposite the NN but its symbol isn't shown on the chart).

Ok I will look harder....but what does true and mean node mean then?

it's just a difference in calculation I think. Go with the True Node.

mnean is an averaged position, true is the actual position at your birth.
