How do they feel getting over them? Does it take you longer or shorter than average?

If you had Pluto contacts in your synastry with someone and it ended (or it survived, either or) I want to know your ASC, Sun, Moon, Venus.

In the composite I have Sun, Mercury, and Venus square Pluto and Moon trine Pluto. Synastry wise I know for sure there's Moon opposition Pluto. It's an intense attachment, at a gut level but without a real basis.

Pluto relationships that end need closure...for some reason it opens the soul and it's a more profound feeling that no one can really put there finger on. My SO and I are at a point where I don't know if this is the beginning or the end....

In the synastry we have sun square pluto, moon trine pluto & pluto square mars, all my pluto.
His pluto trines my mercury, venus & jupiter. In composite we have venus trine pluto & opposite jupiter....along with the pluto contacts, we have lots of saturn contacts between natals and composite.

I am a capricorn w/ a gemini moon, venus in aquarius and taurus ascendant.

He's a capricorn w/sagittarius moon, venus in aquarius and cancer ascendant

If it's all your Pluto, do you have the most control?

I really have no idea to tell you the truth....I might be bias and say I do because I have sun square pluto and he has soft pluto contacts. I find myself walking away from the relationship but for some reason he lures me back into it just to keep going through the same problems. It has become a cycle with us....He is manipulative in his attempts to get reassurance and love (his venus rx trine pluto rx)but I am blunt and straightforward and that is such a source of irritation for me.

Pluto-dominanted relationships most definitely take quite a long time to get over, especially if Saturn contacts harsh or + were also present in the synastry and/or composite.

Pluto is all about obsession, possession, passion and control as we all know, among so many other facets of expression...but that's usually how it's expressed sexually. So for me, relationships with heavy-hitting Plutonian synastry like Moon and/or Sun-Pluto aspects, and especially Venus-Pluto for an extra thrill to stir things up, can take quite a long time for the two people to purge their spirits, souls and minds of the other person he/she was with.

I had a similar situation with Moon and Sun-Pluto aspects and Venus-Saturn aspects with the person and it's taken me FORever to get over them, not even in a yearning and lustful way, but as Pluto tends to make feelings changeable after things end - for love to sour into bitterness, need for revenge, hate, etc. - I almost feel disgusted and confused about the whole thing and my ambivalence is quite strong. IDK if you can relate to that at all.

What if the person(s) don't have plutonian energy to reckon with in their natals, would they still be obsessed about the other person when it's over?

@Jessica,I think so.

The only major pluto energy in my chart are my Sorpio MC and a Mars/Pluto trine.

His (Sun/Pluto conj.)trines my Sun,Moon,Merc,and Venus.

In composite we have Pluto square Venus/Mars and quincunx Moon.

I was really infatuated in the begining. Before ever meeting him.But after a year of arguing, not so much. Now I feel like we're just lingering. And even though it feels that way,it's still hard to let go.It's been around 3 years.

@hannaramaa
It's an intense attachment, at a gut level but without a real basis.....yup.

I have a Cap Asc and Sun,Moon,Merc,Venus in Gem.

His Pluto conjunct my vertex and conjunct my uranus. Many more challenging Pluto-aspects. Among them opposition to my chiron and my moon. All rather tight (less then 2 degees, some almost exact).
I'm a Leo sun, Gemini ascendant, Moon in Taurus and Venus in Virgo.
My Pluto made (mostly) easy aspects to his planets.

Hard to get over, yes, and spun me right into 'another round' of personal transformation.
Hope this information is helpful

Seriously sometimes i wanna give him space to not suffocate him then he calls or texts to see me.

I was Pluto in Scorpio, we had an exact 0 dg. Moon-Pluto conjunction, it fell in my 12th house also and his 4th and it was a terrible time from the watery house placements as well, he brought out my inner control issues and I riled up his secret mommy/daddy issues because of the control they have over him, it was SO weird.

I was also Saturn opp. his Venus-Merc conjunction and that was a heavy hitter as well since my Saturn fell in his 7th, and I was always trying to sort of show him the proper way to be in a relationship, it also made me even more Libran than I usually act in love due to the weighty responsibilities of the relationship.

Can you say 'DOOMED ROMANCE'? But it's all in the past now. Except Pluto and Saturn makes it extremely hard to forget.

I was asking you about Pluto and Saturn , because there is someone new around me now and my Pluto opposites his Venus at 0 degree, my Pluto squares his Moon at 0 degree again and his Saturn opposites my Venus at 1 degree. His Nessus also conjuncts my Moon at 0 degree. I already have started to wonder what would be the end....

Thank you! I appreciate the compliment.

I feel that Saturn-Venus is especially difficult to deal with in relationships. It is definitely a karmic tie. It means that you are bound to teach one another lessons about combining love with some sort of duty, maturity and/or responsibilities. It doesn't always have to be as it was with me and my ex - it was worse for us since my Saturn fell in his 7th. Maybe if Saturn falls elsewhere in the synastry it won't be nearly as difficult since that was excruciatingly bad.

Pluto square Moon at 0 degrees will be just as, if not MORE intense than a Moon-Pluto conjunction in synastry due to the tension...I'm sure there are many power plays/struggles, an envy or insecurity thing going on from either of you? Possession issues, accusing of not liking each other enough, attacks about family, etc.? I'm not sure, I'm just guessing based on the aspect. Knowing the signs + house placements would help me interpret it further. The fact that you are playing Pluto here and he is Saturn shows that much intensity comes in your relationship, mainly because you want smoldering passion and he wants responsibility and stability from you...what do you think? It's likely that he may feel too possessed and crowded by your Pluto influence emotionally, and there's a definite love-hate pull from the Pluto-Venus opp...just a question, did you come onto him first/ask him out first? I would think so. You're quite attracted to having him it seems?

I'm sorry to go into full-blown analysis mode, you'll have to excuse me, my Scorpio Mercury loves delving into stuff like this.

I was in a plutoian relationship..worst heartbreak of my life: no closure, and I'm definitely still not over him. We are both Plutonian natally so not sure who had more control..we had merc, venus, and mars DW's!!

@ sweet-scorpion: look at this baby, would love your analysis of this one

His moon quintile my pluto
His merc square my pluto
His venus inconjunct my pluto
His mars tightly squared my pluto
His saturn sextile my pluto

My merc opposite his pluto
My venus exact trine his pluto
My mars sextile his pluto
My jupiter squared his pluto
My uranus semi-sextile his pluto
My neptune sextile his pluto

We also have mutual saturn aspects to each of our planets in synastry...very very tough for me....wish I could know how it played out for him

I think the intensity is on both but the how is different. Like he will have me sit in the bathroom while he shaves because he says "he needs me there" but I am the one I feel thinking about him all the time. He seams, from my point to only call me when it works for him. He can't plan out with me, and it drives me crazy but I go along. When I ask about it, or anything, he never answers me. So I think he has more power, and I feel the intesity of it. But he also gets really mad if I end up leaving in the night and am not there when he wakes, so I think he doesnt express it. Hes more possessive, I'm more obsessive.

We have:his ---my
Venus Opposition Pluto
Pluto Conjunction Mars
and some others but I cant remember right now. He is very Pluto in his natal, while I am very Chiron. (Ran the color chart on astro.net and it gives you a good break down of your planets in a graph)

It depends especially if you both have aspects where you are pluto and he is pluto too. And you have to check your natals too.

For example i am way more outwardly possessive with my boyfriend. If i get jealous i immediately lash out and start drama but he is more quiet and just lets it be known that i belong to him. By kissing me in front of male co workers to mark his terrirory or telling me stay away from that guy in a calm voice. Im more like i swear if you even talk to those b&$*%#¥!!!!!!!!!!!! Lol

If we were dogs we would probably pee on eachother and mark our territories.

ROFL!

It's kind of interesting... I used to be more calm like your boyfriend, and I think now I'm growing into my Aries-ness more I'm like you. Only two people have brought that side out of me and into the open (with my own assistance of course!) and they were both fire signs. I have Pluto in the 5th opposition Moon 11H so I'm bound to get jealous or attract jealous partners I guess. Pluto also conj. my Vertex.

Im usually the jealous type. But i have never had anyone bring out such intense emotions in me since i was with my first love/first nightmare.

I think my boyfriend is use to drama simce he has mars in his 7th house too. They attract dramatic partners. If you check the aspects i posted above u will see we are both pretty plutonian and i have never had so many pluto connections with anyone before.

We are both geminis too lol!!!!

Funny thing is the first time we locked eyes i hated him. For no reason at all. I was like wtf is he looking at. I was repulsed. I could tell he was amazed by me and tried so hard to talk to me and i treated him like crap. Now i want him for me only lol!!!
