Comments? My chart has a sun moon pluto tsquare so if someone's moon is conjunct my sun then it squares my moon too, etc.

Actually I am asking bc of someone whose moon is opposite my sun, sun conjunct my sun. moon sq moon. But that's besides the point.

Moon sq moon... does it work?

Paul Mc Cartney and his first wife had that.

His Moon on 17 Leo was square he Moon on 17 Scorpio.

While I usually do not find it happening that often; usually in relationships at least the elements of the Moons are agreeable, the fixed signs seem to be really besotted with each other. lol

Also, it depends what else is going onthere. An isolated Moon-Moon-square is something totally different from one, which is part of a pattern with Sun or even Venus or an angle!

In the Mc Cartney`s case his Venus was also opposite her Moon.
and his Moon fell onto her MC.

In the case of my parents they do not have Moon-square Moon (both Moons are actually in earth signs).

However they have a T-square of my Mum`s Sun in Scorpioo pposing my Dad`s Moon in Taurus and squaring his Sun in Aquarius.
As I said, the fixed signs really seem to be hooked and entangled in each other.

Friends of mine have that as well.
Her Taurus Moon squares his Aquarius Moon.
(but her Moon also trines his Venus)

They love each other to bits, and naturally the fixed cross strikes again. lol

My partner's Gemini Moon squares my Virgo Moon.

Moon/Moon square can be annoying and frustrating, just like your partner's habits. 'he sleeps too much! he brings me out to the same old restaurant everyday! Why does he waste so much time in the loo!' It can be something most trivial of the trivial but it will still bother you.

Living together can be even tougher.
We don't share a house but I know it won't be easy with him. I keep things I require but he has plans of dedicating a separate area of the house for his toys which in my opinion is clutter. Why should it matter? it does annoy a virgo moon! we're two VERY DIFFERENT people. But at the same time, we have a lot in common. We both want a house in the countryside/surrounded with greenery, 1 child, like healthy food, etc.

Having positive aspects really helps the square. For instance, though I don't like his toy collection, my moon which trines his sun supports and even encourages him. I block him on my phone when i'm angry but he knows he can contact me and depend through other sources (which I purposely keep open). My Saturn trines his moon and my moon falls in his 6th.

How the square will work out depends on the rest of the synastry.

@Depth You know, I lived with my ex boyfriend. We dated for over a year (he's cap/scorp/Virgo) and we had moon sq moon. I broke up with him after living with him for a month and he moved out :/ we couldn't get along. I'm Leo Taurus scorp btw

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 years. We literally have no problems. People think it's weird, but we just really, really get each other. Never fight or anything, kind of like soulmates. It's refreshing.

We have a grand cross in our synastry. A Moon/Mars/Saturn/Sun grand cross. You'd think that'd scare us away from each other-

He's a Taurus Moon and I'm a Leo Moon. See below. a lot of tough aspects including the Moon square Moon. I truly believe any relationship can work with compassion, compromise, understanding, and patience.

His Moon is 17 Taurus. Mine is 10 Leo. A wide square, but a square. We definitely have different reaction styles and different needs but it works. I think the square works because of the signs being of the same nature, fixed signs.

As a Taurus moon, he LOVES home, good food, good music... All the cliches. I love the same things but only with a more extravagant flair. He loves good food, I like rich, exotic foods at nice restaurants. He loves his comforts, bed, tv... I want the top of the line, biggest tv possible and satin sheets.

I think the biggest hiccup is in our reaction styles. Being a Taurus Sun and Moon with both opposite Saturn, he can be incredibly stoic. My Leo Moon is opposite my Mars- I have more of a flash in the pan.. type emotional reactions... I'll blow up like a mini volcano and he'll just sit there and watch. Or when I'm happy, I can be MANIC (sag ac with jupiter square ac and moon quincunx jupiter) and he'll just smile and say 'yay'.

It's an adjustment but we work with it. We found how to bring the best out in each other

I have moon square moon with my boyfriend but it hasn't been a huge bother. We have very similar lifestyle and household preferences. His moon is Sagittarius in the 5th and mine is Pisces in the 8th. Like alanabelle86, the biggest hiccup comes in our reaction styles. I had way more differences and problems with my ex though (it wasn't a square by aspect, only by sign, but his sun sign was square my moon sign by sign but not aspect as well. He had sun conjunct moon in Sag). I find more problems with sun signs that square my moon. I tend to relate to men by sun sign, I think.
