I like that I can size up people and situations easily but other than that, I hate having the moon in Scorpio. I hate being such an emotional person and having so much water in my chart.I hate not being able to describe how I feel when I'm upset. Words just will not come out. I hate having trouble getting over things. It's so hard for me to just "get over it". This ruins my whole day. I run through so many moods a day, people don't know what to expect from me. I wish I could be one of those people that are just happy and chill everyday. IP: Logged |

Accept who you are. What you wish you weren't is irrelevant, because it will never happen.I have Sun scorpio in 10th house, Pluto in the 11th, and Moon in the 8th house, Virgo. How do I think I fare with communicating my own motives and thoughts, especially when I feel the need to, but can't? I just cope with it and find some ways to integrate my other planets into my communicative abilities. Remove emotion if you have to. That works for me. IP: Logged |

goatcat, Why not try focusing on the traits you take from your Moon's house position? ------------------

Creativity, Goatcat, or positive escapism, like music, books, movies, arts, all good. Plus, you mentioned nurturing. Water signs are good at this. Plus, you need your own space from time to time so you can calm your sensitivity. That's so important. If I don't have my own space, I cry everyday, and I mean every day. IP: Logged |

yeeeah, ART i really admire scorpio moons, i used to always tell my scorpio moon friend....teach me how to feel (i'm a virgo moon). i think it takes such courage to lie inside of your feelings and bask in that emotional part of yourself. you're wonderful, just the way you are! s....orry i think i might be in too good of a mood to reply to a pensive thread. I know how the OP feels. Ihave a moon in scorpio, and I was just diagnosed with PTSD and I show signs of having BPD. Itīs very hard being this emotional and sensitive. I go through huge mood swings every day and I cry every day. Not the way other people seem to cry (lately Iīve seen alot of people at my uni cry, and they cry in a sweet, balanced way), but more intensly. I go through feelings of despair and extacy all in the same day. Bottom line, itīs hard being experiencing emotional extremes, but the world needs scorpio moons and other people with intense emotions. We uncover alot of lies and unjustices in the world, and there is a reason why we are put on this earth. The society needs "feelers". I used to hate this placement too, but now I feel blessed and proud to be a scorpio moon. It makes it impossible to live in illusions, gives me depth and a rare perspective on important things like life, death, sex, love, even God. So I absolutely ADORE my scorpio moon, mood-swings and all. I of all know you have to take the good with the bad. Thatīs a universal law. Hence, for every moment of despair, I know there is a moment of extacy right around the corner. IP: Logged |

Scorpio moon in the second house? I made a post the other day about what it's like having the moon in the second house and it didn't get that far. Most descriptions of the second house include money, material, and possessions. But how does the moon behave in the second house? I personally have no interest or attachments to my possessions the way the second house is described. Of course if someone gives me a gift like a necklace I'm going to cherish it, bit you can write me a letter and I'll be just as flattered. IP: Logged |

Mainly, it's about "self-worth". The moon is very personal - if it's afflicted - that would imply emotional self worth issues. IP: Logged |

I don't know much about your placements, especially Pluto in 11th and Moon in 8th but I'll read about it. Removing my emotions makes me feel cold and lifeless. IP: Logged |

What makes a planet afflicted and how would a Scorpio moon behave in the second house of self-worth? IP: Logged |

I do enjoy nurturing folk. I know this Scorpio moon who I believe has an afflicted moon because she really does not know how to handle her emotions. I like to talk to her and talk her through things. I like to be there for people and talk to them. IP: Logged |

I don't want this to be me. I love people and people don't want to be around someone that's sad all the time. Crying and being upset is draining. IP: Logged |

Hard aspects (squares, oppositions, even conjunctions to some extent). Depends - which planets aspect the Moon, in what way and their placements (house/sign). IP: Logged |

I like my scorpio moon. I have a saggitarius sun in fourth house as well as my moon in the fourth house and I like it. Although the emotions are up and down like a roller coaster ride, having it helps. I swear that with a Scorpio moon, I have a sixth sense and feeling. I've had feelings before like good and bad. Here are some examples: Bad: I had a bad feeling six years ago when I was going to get an shot at the doctor's office for this disease like for whooping cough or something and i had a bad feeling not to go. Turns out like within ten minutes of the shot, I fainted and had a bad allergic reation. Then my liver enzemes were slightly elevated, I had "sleepy arms" (you know when your foot falls alseep), on November something of 2007, I fainted, then got blue toes. I had a bad feeling I shouldn't have gotten it. When I was young, I never had a reaction to a shot and if I had listened to myself and told my mom not to go, this ^ would've never happened. The good: a boy I'm totally still into, have a crush on him. well something happened which he turned against me, but then returned with me and whenever I'm going to see him, I always get this happy feeling in my body (mostly in my heart). It's this good vibe/good feeling I have with him all the time. I wish I knew the date and time of his birth as well as the year because I'd love to check out our synastry, but also the fact that he's born in Poland doesn't help. I like my scorpio moon. It does. There was a great thread on here that Lonake made about honorary placements, but essentially what you and me have is called a Hades' moon because Pluto aspects it. It's also an honorary Scorpio moon because of that.
