Venus conj Mars, close to MC?

How would this manifest itself and how would it affect the native?

Cheers

The conjunction makes Venus powerful if it rules the Ascendant. I have that situation, elevated Venus ruling the ascendant, it's the most elevated but it doesn't conjunct the MC and it hasn't any really strong aspects. Seems like conjunctions to the planet ruling the ascendant give a lot of force to the personality. The conjunction with Mars would make someone more forceful if this rules their ascendant. Otherwise, it means they like the good life, parties, are sociable, could be well liked and with the MC involved, time and energy devoted to the career.

Venus & Mars on the MC could mean that you're perceived as being attractive, polite, good-looking and have an overall pleasing personality. Career could be focused on creative, active pursuits (sports, art.. something with harmony and action - dancing? ).

It means a planet close to the midheaven or MC in the natal chart. The planet must be closest than the others to be the most elevated but several can be elevated at once.

I have an elevated Mars in Gemini...with a Libra Venus AC, conjunct Pluto/ Venus
Venus sits on Anti vertex and Taurus rules my 8th house...Venus is the not aspected and rules me according to astrology.

With Venus n Mars as the big players in you chart I bet youve always had to fight for love...and what you've learned through your fight you share wig many and could make a career out of It!

Would it be the most square (seperating) to the ascendant? I have Mercury at Leo 14, Sun at Leo 12.32. My Ascendant is at Scorpio 12.31. So while Mercury is closer to my MC at Leo 21 - sun would literally be the highest on the wheel.

My understanding is it's closest to the MC. For instance, if one is conjunct MC, it's the most elevated. Never heard of one squaring the ascendant being more elevated than one closer in degree to MC until now ?

Not sure how that works ?

^^ Okay. In my case the closest I got isn't a conjunction. It's an exact quintile. My Merc-Venus exact conjunction quintiles MC exact.

So do quintiles count?

^^^ I am under the impression I understood elevated planets :/ I thought it was about degrees of separation more than aspect? Like for instance, MC is 21 degrees Leo, Mars is at 5 degrees Leo but moon is at 10, the moon is more elevated than Mars and if nothing else is closer, it's most elevated in the chart.

^^ makes sense better actually.

MC is the most elevated part in a chart right?? or can it be the 9th house and 11th too?

I have Libra MC at 24 degrees. The closest I got to the latter is Pluto at 9 degrees.

It looks like Pluto is the most elevated planet in my chart.

^^^ That's how I understand it works unless I have misunderstood the entire time without realizing it until now. Pluto at 9 Libra and nothing in between would mean Pluto is the most elevated if MC is 24 Libra.

The MC is the elevation, not the house itself, right? My MC is cusp of house 10 though. It's strange that some are not the cusp of that house.

^^^ Not if Pluto's in the way, haha.

Mars is more elevated than the Leo planets and sun because it's closer to Libra than they are by degrees but not as elevated as Pluto. Means you must take charge!

It can also be somebody who is the supreme boss at work, the highest authority, like the President or CEO, owner, respected leader. I can see you headed in that direction.

I notice the lady who writes the blog has Aries sun, Leo moon and Virgo ascendant. I would probably get along great with her.
