Suprisingly i have witnessed capricorn moons being a good math for them, maybe not the best but they can be very emotionally supportive of them and ground them  IP: Logged |

From my limited experience, you won't go wrong with Pisces or Taurus moons as Cancer.
And please run away from Aquarius Aries and (some)Virgo moons. 
With Capricorn moons there is great attraction and mutual respect it can grow if you work on it.

My first long term boyfriend was a Gem Sun/Cancer Moon. He is a sweetheart! Truly. He has now been with same woman for 15 years but I don't know her aspects. I am a Cap Moon.IP: Logged |

Wow i wasnt expecting so many Cappy moon comments! I do know a Cappy moon, and i do get along great with his Scorpio sun. But wasnt sure about our opposing moons. So part of the reason i made this thread was to see how many said Cap! Interesting....Pisces (moons) are waaaaaaay to emotional for me lol. I am still a Gemini . Taureans are great! Cancer Moon here!  Personally, I enjoy other Cancer Moons. As long as they are mature in their emotions, we completely and intuitively understand each other. Love it! I also have come to appreciate Taurus Moons - very dependable and earthy which grounds my Moon. After that, I'm not too sure. Cappy or Libra Moon maybe?

It depends on the houses they are in, some houses are more emotional, like houses eight and twelve. Libra moon in either of these could do well with Cancer moon. These two moons can be different in terms of their basic emotional expression and this can cause tension between the two people. In other words, they can get on each other's nerves. The square aspects can cause this. Traditionally, it's not the easiest combination. I have this theory, based on being a cancer moon myself, that if a cancer moon needs reassurance from their partner,there's a good chance that something is not quite right with the balance in the relationship. Once a cancer moon feels loved,really and deeply loved,they wouldn't need so much reassurance. Cancer moons are very intuitive,they yearn to have a formidable telepathic link with their partners,indeed very emotional,but they are unwilling to let go once they feel that something is off in the relationship,this unwillingness of accepting failure or rupture of a relationship makes them clingy and 'too emotional',they would want to work harder at salvaging a relationship they intuitly know wouldn't work rather than taking a step backwards and letting go.They share this similarity with Cap moons,therefore sharing some sort of bond,that I find unbreakable.IP: Logged |

I wonder if Libra moon is good at making people feel truly loved? I have known Libra suns and I don't feel they love me. I get along with them and everything, it's just love isn't the word I would use to describe the bond. I am sure they love me in their own way, I just don't see it on their faces or in their actions so if I cared, it might worry me some, but since there's so much Saturn in my chart, things are naturally sorta Spartan and sedate so I don't worry about it.I am pretty sure my Libra stellium and ascendant aren't too good at making people feel loved, either, even if I do really cherish them, it's just that Libra energy! To me it's much more Saturnine than it is Venusian. It's sorta like having a lot of Capricorn only it's different, of course, it's Libra after all. Folks who have been around the Libra energy know what I mean. It is very different from that of the Cancer and I have been around both, Libra and Cancer people. Cancer have that warmth and the Librans I know are more calm, cool, collected. Cancers are huggers, the Librans I know aren't that keen on demonstrative displays of affection. As a Cancer Moon (with an opposition aspect with Mercury)I've found that Virgo moon, Pisces moon and Taurus Moons have always worked for me.Am not too sold on Capricorn Moon though. For me its a "hit or miss". Aries Moon(near the cusp of Taurus) are usually so adorable to me. I'll add them in too. IP: Logged |

As a capricorn moon, I absolutely cannot stand cancer moons for a long period of time. I can get along okay with them as acquaintances, but definitely not as close friends or in a romantic sense. The constant mood changes annoy me. I don't like walking around on egg shells on a daily basis. I think Cancer moons would match really well with Pisces and Taurus moons. These moons are far more gentle, romantic and will enjoy the sometimes clingy nature of Cancer moons. IP: Logged |

i used to know two people...and this is exactly what happened. they're no longer together.
maybe it is easier for libra moon woman with cancer moon man? to elaborate, she found him too cold and distant, too "calculating". he found her too sensitive/emotional? it was if the degree of intensity/the wavelengths were not on the same page.
she would get moody, which would disturb his peace and well, the rest is history.
