I have a Capricorn Mars and honestly I don't see what the big deal is. I don't really think I am very ambitious and I'm not a workaholic. Also the drive thing. I can push myself for a while but then I really need to rest for a while. I don't know, I would love for it to kick in more but it hasn't. So Don't worry if you have your Mars in another sign bc Mars in Capricorn is not necessarily what you think it is.

I know one person with Capricorn Mars. She joined the military and has made a career of it. She is really good at putting up with a lot from others without getting ruffled (like my Sag Mars ALWAYS seems to.) She doesn't care what anyone thinks and she advises others to do same. This placement can make someone very tough/strong/independent from what I have seen from her.

AND she can be extremely spartan. She is the most spartan person I have ever met in my life, she has a trine from Mars to Saturn.

She was born only a month after me and she got the Cap Mars while I am stuck with the Sag one lol. Sag is alright, just doesn't have the drive to succeed like hers. I admire her ability to succeed in life for sure.
