Years after my best friend and I met, she told me upon meeting me she instinctively knew never to make me mad. I was kind of surprised by this seeing has how my Mars is in the 12th, plus I wasn't very aggressive when we first were friends. She's right though, I have a terribly loud temper! Anyways, I was thinking about this and looking at the Moon in 12th thread when I realized her DSC is in Taurus, and my 12th house is in Taurus. Does this matter or influence your connections at all when the two are the same?

It sounds like you're asking about planet overlays in synastry? If your Mars is in your 12th and you have Taurus on the 12th and her DSC is Taurus, that would probably put your Mars in her 7th house, so she would be aware of your temper.

I think 12th house planets aren't hidden from OTHERS but WE can to be very unconscious of their energies, especially when younger. It takes maturity (experience) to become aware of the energies that are (initially) hidden from you in your 12th house. Your friend was probably more aware of the energies you put off then you were, but now you've BECOME aware, in part by her observations.
