Me and my partner have a grand trine in our composite chart between Saturn in Pisces(10th house), Jupiter in Scorpio(6th house), and Mars in Cancer(third house), what does this mean?

I guess it gives a very steady, reliable vibe to your relationship. You can work well together, and enjoy any task you may choose to do. With Mars well-aspected in the 3rd, communication is easy (unless Mercury is heavily afflicted) and may revolve around everyday things and career / social standing. There may be a feeling of "going somewhere" with Saturn in the 10th, and the relationship is probably quite serious and has potential to be long term. Everyday life is not as boring as usual (Jupiter in 6th) because you can find ways of having fun together even when doing the most trivial things. You may be very protective of each other, especially when it comes to the direct environment (Cancer Mars in 3rd).

Of course all the other planets need to be taken into account but as far as this goes, looks pretty good!
