Imagine that you have a time machine. What time would you choose to go back to? state whatever placements you believe necessary

*idk how much this relates to astro but i have south node moon jupiter, saturn to sun aspects, sat/nep/urns, and i think all this makes me often contemplate the past, thinking that maybe i was born in the wrong century . Are there any asteroids that i should check?
If i had a time machine i would be a bit fearful to travel the future, but the past is attractive. I would go to Italy in the renaissance period to meet my favourite artists. And to the time when the great explorers lived so i could go on a ship with them as they circle the globe.
Then id probably go to meet my parents as kids lol

nice thought, you know Jules Verne was an Aquarius and his books were all about inventions that would later be invented.

If you invent one (time machine)
let me know

I'd love to go to the future, I'd say anyone who'd go back by about 500 years'd have a 60% chance of dying before they came back
tbh I'd love to see me in the future, what I'd look like, if I'd achieved anything, it's fascinating

Definitely the future, never the past! I have never read one thing about the past I want to go back and revisit but I am extremely curious and want to visit the future just to see what they come up with. I want to see if earth becomes one huge city or if I journey to a point 2500 years from now and there's barely any humans and the ones who are here are just living in simple societies in the middle of the woods. Progress is non linear so it could go either way. If you look at history, there's been a step forward by some outstanding civilization only to be followed by years of darkness only to see the emergence of another one because of circumstances in a particular place.

I'd like to visit renaissance Italy, ancient Greece and Mesopotamia and the future. First I would skip 100 years, then 500 and then 1000, hopefully to find out we became a member of the Galactic Federation

I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy.
