I am giving my tenant notice and he has been a truly moody tenant. Though he always gets around to paying his rent, there are too many issues to reveal here. I would like to know if I serve him notice to leave if I will suffer any retaliation? My birth info is October 25, 1956 in Augusta, Ga. at 11 minutes after midnight.
