I don't know the aspects, but I would say insecurity, living in your paranoid head, and not living in the moment. IT's what has always made me awkward and once I become less self aware and more present aware I'm no longer awkward.

I've tried to find astrological answers to the same question! Although I am pretty extroverted, I definitely find myself to be socially awkward at times. This is what I like to attribute it to:

Sun square Ascendant: (Sun 3 Aries, Asc 27 Gem) I've read these people can "make a bad first impression" or "come off as having an attitude" and I feel like people have DEFINITELY perceived me that way, I often use sarcasm liberally and don't really think before talking so people sometimes think I'm rude when it's not my intention at all!

Another thing I have is a t-square between my jupiter in virgo opposing venus in pisces, both squared by my moon in sag. Among other things I feel like this aspect can cause social awkwardness because I feel almost obligated to make people welcome, or fill silence gaps in conversation. It's hard to explain but I often feel like overly hospitable to others which is good in some ways but at the wrong times it can come off as being annoying or trying too hard.

The good news about these, at least in my experience, is that their effects lessen a
