Neptune in the 4th - my dad died when i was 11 tho.

I have an afflicted moon with sun sq pluto dont get along with my mom and her hubby they're too strict and demanding af.

Plus my mom's friggin grating as hell [must be her moon square neptune] always worring about everything then bring it on us like wtf did me & my sis do ?

Through your possibly genius, freedom inspired and/or unusual self expressed ideas, you will give to others. The IC is the start of your 4th House. It represents the womb of your chart. The place of your most private self.

Saturn teaches through restriction. You have to climb to achieve what Saturn wants you to achieve and this is seen in the placement of your natal Saturn. Saturn will test you wherever he is placed. It is the growth aspect in all of us. Saturn stands atop a mountain, looks down on us mere mortals and states "You must reach the top before you'll reap the reward."

Saturn in the 7th ruling your IC will put you in relationships where aspects of your inner self will be highlighted. You may not realize that Capricorn nature is who you truly are inside and you may project this Capricorn nature on your parents and/or upbringing. So Saturn puts you in relationships that make you understand your IC.

For example:

I have a Cancer IC with my Moon in Capricorn 10th House. My Moon in Capricorn is debilitated and thus I am fearful and reticent toward expressing emotion in public. With Moon in the 10th House, it is important for me to learn to express emotion in front of others, to let my IC self out through my MC.

I suppressed my IC for a long time because I didn't want to have emotion. I wanted emotional control. This is because Saturn is ruling my Moon and thus it has an effect on my IC.

You look to house rulers to find where the energy is being experienced. For you, your Saturn rules your IC but you experience it through relationship because he is in your 7th house of one-to-one relating.
