Only if they have the same Sun sign..

They could have completely different suns and both be Sag Rising which could make their angles conjunct or at least fairly close to it.. and that is rather important..

If your ASC's are conjunct, it could point to a similar personality, and even similar appearance.

For example, you both have Sagittarius rising. So you both probably consider yourselves honest, outspoken, quite freedom-loving and maybe share a love for travel, foreign cultures or morality or religion. The fact that your descendants are in Gemini can mean that you both need a stimulating partner, someone who is quite smart and witty, may be younger in age or appear younger than their age.

Another one - you have Aries on the cusp of your 5th house, so you're both probably quite assertive in romance, or enjoy someone who displays Aries traits - intiative, active, bold, even aggressive.

So they way you see different areas (even on a subconscious level) are similar; of course there has to be differences too because the rulers of the houses aren't placed in the same signs, so there will be nuances.

But generally speaking, you can probably get each other on an intuitive level (unless your planets are very afflicted / unaspected in synastry).
