Our 5th house is empty and has a dual sign of Sagittarius on the cusp. Sag ruler is Jupiter, which is in the 7th house in a sign of Pisces, also a dual sign.

Could this indicate twins? I have twins in a family and for some inexplicable reason, have always believed I would have them myself (even though I was never "crazy" about wanting to have kids, I had more of a "if it happens, happens" mentality regarding children).

I wouldn't necessarily associate Sag with twins, that'd be more of a Gemini thing.
I'm not sure it's even possible to see stuff like that, especially in a composite chart (?).
Sorry, can't help much.

But generally speaking if you guys have twins in your families, it could very well happen.
