that's too vague of a question because
all charts are so different and individual.

Saturn will make you re-evaluate your life
Uranus could throw in chaos
Neptune could cloud the issue and
Pluto could pull the rug out from under you.

Natally, I know a lot of people have difficulties when their natal Venus is being aspected by Saturn or Uranus, or Pluto.

Tranists to the composite chart are very important, too.

For example, when an outer planet crosses the ASC, DSC, or even the MC of the composite - there can be a reevaluation of the relationship, and eventually a break-up.
