As for the mars/pluto aspect I don't think theres much "explosion" between us. We do, however, enjoy competition, we enjoy solving problems together and we always tackle it right away. I've learned to be open honest and direct so there aren't too much issues with this aspect between us. It's only when one person is hiding something that the other will explode.

What's your sun sign? How's it feel dating a sag :P I often get the "oh god isn't he hard to pin down and commit" reaction from people but he is actually the opposite with me.

What a relief, I hate when "old school" members disappear forever. Especially Caps.

Affection is pretty even. I think Leos do like attention, and what they like about Caps seems to be that we offer high quality attention When my husband talks, he likes responses that are either strongly approving ("Whoa you are so smart, how'd you come up with that??!!") or very insightful, including persuasive disagreements, like "I don't think it's always that way, consider that sometimes..." and then I say something that sounds smart.

Physical attraction is usually a big thing with Leo/Cap and it is in our case.

I think Leos and Caps are also very different and the relationships don't seem to be ideal from an emotional standpoint, but as a functional team it usually does quite well.

The dynamic is slightly different when the genders are reversed (ie., Faith and the Obamas). I can't speak for anyone else but I'm able to speak for myself, and would be happy to share.

I'm an Aqua sun, Pisces moon in a relationship with a Cap sun, Sagittarius moon for the past 8-and-a-half months. We didn't fall in hearts-and-flowers love right away at all. It was more of an instant comfort level with each other. It was actually tough for us at first and we had more problems than we do now. I find it's getting better and better over time, which is literally unprecedented for me. I'm used to it starting out with a bang and lots of romance and then falling apart as the novelty glow wears off. The only consistent thing has been the sexual chemistry. I think this has something to do with our moon-Mars trine.

YTA, I maintain that Leo and Capricorn, while not an obvious match and rarely attracted initially, when it happens, is one of the best and most lasting matches out there. I've seen it happen too often not to strongly believe this.

Yea not much craziness with that aspect for us either! but yea if we hold things in which is usually me i explode emotionally haha Im a cap! and i loooove it! :3 Sagittarius is also my mars so i think it works out somewhat due to that. And he's got a venus cap (as do i) and mars scorpio, i don't think he's flighty either! I think we're similar in a lot of ways but communication is a bit difficult. He actually hates astrology and said "i don't want anything to do with that site!" lol so i probably shouldn't post too much about him

I'm old school! Wow what an honor
LOL HQ attention :P So Leos seem to like approval in general or happy disagreements haha
I tend to see a lot of earth/fire relationships and i think emotions don't always see eye to eye either.

That sounds like a lasting relationship i hope things go well for you guys
Do you think there's a lot of typical romance between you guys? Or is it more subdued and mostly just sexual chemistry? What are some ways he shows any romantic/cute gestures?

My bf: Aqua Sun, Cancer Moon, Cancer Asc
Me: Aries Sun, Virgo moon, Virgo Asc

Sooo, not only our sun signs are compatible with each other, but our Moon-Asc signs as well! Which is quite amazing, we even have the same shade of blue eyes
We are together for more than a year now, and he is my first serious bf!

Btw, before him I only attracted men with Scorpio Sun and they all broke my heart, so im very happy that my bf do not have any personal planet in Scorpio, lol.

Well I mean, at first he seemed pretty stoic and and not very romantic; more practical. Like, he'll come to my apartment and do my dishes for me, if I have to work one day while he's home he'll clean my apartment for me, he'll give me a back massage when I've had a long day. Yesterday I came home from work and he was making dinner for us. For Valentine's Day we had a low-key night in watching movies. I cooked. This is a big deal because I don't cook, lol. After six months, he surprised me with a hugely romantic gesture. He gave me a USB flash drive that had a 125-song playlist customized for me (with a gag about opening subfolder after subfolder... it was pretty cute, lol), a bunch of funny GIFs and videos and cool and interesting charts with like factoids and stuff like that (we're dorks so that is right up my alley), and 6 short videos of himself he recorded on his iPhone, all pretty humourous but in the first video he told me that he loves me and how much I mean to him for the first time. I was really touched.
The relationship just feels more mature than any others I've had, and more realistic as well. I'll admit that we do have a very sexual relationship but from what I hear, all of his relationships have been like that. I think it's the Scorpio Mars.

I guess I should add that he is a 6th- and 5th-house Capricorn house stellium and I am a 7th-house Aquarius stellium.

In my case, the Leo woman lives up more to the common stereotype, as do I the Capricorn man.

Mrs YTA thrives on attention and glamour. She desires the best of everything and wants to be bathed in luxury, as do I but in a much more subtle manner. Some more modest would call that vanity. Even then, there is a pragmatic, down to Earth manner to Mrs YTA. She's ambitious, a perfectionist, fearless, a natural born leader of men and women, and woe to those who stand in her way. She examplifies the powerful lioness who invariably gets her way. She's a fierceful competitor and downright dangerous when cornered. She dresses to kill. Her shoes are polished. Her car wheels are polished. Her bling sparkles. That's the Leo woman.

As far as her expectations of me, she expects the stable headstrong man who provides for the family in every manner. She expects her offspring in the best clothes, having the best education and playing with the best toys. I had no idea that she's a sex fiend since I married an absolute virgin (I witnessed with my own eyes). But she expects her husband to look in tip top shape and not have a belly. She has super high expectations on bedroom performance that I find hard to match but I try. She expects full attention when I'm home. She does her work, but pretty much wants her man to serve he when he's home. Since my career requires me to be away from home for too much of the day, I don't get to laze on the couch when I'm home. Sometimes, I do wish I can chill out a bit. But there's a lot to go at home, and it's either do the chores or get the penis to attention mode.

She hates that almost all my close friends are women and she is fiercely territorial. There is a slight insecurity in that she mentally competes against my friends, even though I assure her that nothing untowards ever happens. She knew that when she married me. Don't expect me to get along with men. Not possible. Been there and tried that. Male friendships repulse me, and most men do.

We do have arguments from time to time. As the wise goat, I frequently just give in to appease my wife. Peace is my objective, although war is my forte. I don't go to war with my partner. I do that all day at work. Even when I give in, she sometimes gets upset because I'm supposed to be the brainy one at home and she finds my artificial requescience a bit patronizing. Lol.

So you see, it's quite different from what Faith experiences.

I'll contribute my end later.

Ya know what? I've noticed pisces to be attracted to gemini. I think they like being with other mutable signs in general of course but something bout them with sag or gem. Not so much virgo although i haven't met any pisces/virgo love relationships. What do you think attracts you to gemini?

He has a precision of thought, speech, and action that I just don't. His razor sharp focus and amazing ability to cut down both concepts and processes to their core aspects and then translate them so that they're relevant to and graspable by almost any audience...just amazing.

I admire it, and he seems to find my fuzzy intuition and uncanny, brilliant action (his words) endearing.

We seem to admire the other in general, actually.

We can engage in light, fluid banter - something I haven't necessarily found with many others - but also delve into the most deep, profound topics. And it's always exceptional.

We have the same sense of humor, are both equally amused by David Sedaris and punny jokes. We both like Kurt Vonnegut and Star Trek and Sherlock and e.e. cummings and William Carlos Williams. We both watch "grown-up" cartoons. We both would rather laugh than cry. We both love adventures, and relish small ones when we can embark (small being what we can currently manage with 3 children). We both talk (and joke) about being old together. We both threaten the other with torment if the other dies before us. We both talk about our past lives and our future ones (we've determined to be a gay male globe-trotting couple next time). We love our children and wouldn't trade them for the world, but we're both looking forward to our coming grand journeys.
We both have little fits of irritation, and we're both patient with the other while they blow off their steam.

We both find amusement in little, simple things.
We both love learning - though I'll say that he's *much* better at taking in new information (absolutely brilliant) and communicating it, and he'd say that I'm better at inductive flights of thought.
The gifts of one seem to begin where the gifts of the other end. It works out quite nicely, though explanation can sometimes take some time (or simple demonstration).
He loves to talk and teach, and in fact needs to do so in order to solidify his own thoughts. I love to listen and process, and actually need to do so in order to form my own beliefs.

We both give the other space but also enjoy and crave closeness and union. We trust one another. We both know that talking with other people constitutes opportunity and growth rather than threat.
We both sometimes need reassurance, and we both are more than happy to give it.

And the sex is interesting and varied and fun

There's more, but I'm cutting it short as our youngest has grown bored with the toys that I left out for her.

Aquacheeka, your Cap guy sounds like a really good person.

YTA, my husband also demands my full attention, I have to toe the line in many ways, just like you do. Linda Goodman says Cap has to serve Leo for some esoteric reason that I can't remember...like, we represent the sixth house to Leo (??)

Once I asked him if he would still love me if I gained a lot of weight. "of course not!!" he said, incredulous. I don't know why I think that is so hilarious, but I do. Maybe because I know he wouldn't leave me no matter what.

Mine won't allow me to gain any weight! She has the eye of a lioness at the slightest hint of extra flab. Presentation is immensely important. Every morning I get a military style inspection. "You're getting a haircut today." Or. "You're not wearing that." And when I'm at work, my stash of male old comfy clothes magically disappears to the Goodwill and gets replaced by spanking new stuff that I've never seen.

Me: Libra Sun, Virgo Moon, Aqua ASC

My bf of 1 1/2 years: Pisces Sun, Taurus Moon, Cancer ASC

his Sun is opposite my Moon, my Venus is conjunct his Pluto. Funny thing though, his Mercury squares mine and the orb is exact. He has dated a lot of girls and was quite pleasantly surprised that we clicked. He says I'm the most loving and understanding girl he has ever met. It's probably because we have a lot of Saturn and IC aspects.
