What aspects and placements would you pinpoint to a very confusing and incorrect way of talking? I have to deal with such a person and it's soooo annoying.

I have this issue at times but don't think it's thanks to an aspect but more of the fact that I haven't lived in my natal country for over 15 years and only speak that language once per week for 15 minutes and I am also surrounded by many nationalities every day so my languages become quite "muddled" at times..

No, this is not the kind of situation I was talking about.

Mercury square/opposite/conjunct Uranus and/or Neptune.

Possibly Sagittarius Mercury if afflicted.

Hmm.. I think it's a Mercury / 3rd house / Gemini thing, no?

I have a hard time with my native language but that's because I moved countries when I was little. And I can still understand it and speak quite well.

My friend who's in the same situation as me has a harder time though. She has Sun conjunct Mercury in Gemini opposite Jupiter, and Mercury widely square Saturn.

No no no. The person I have on my mind never lived or travelled abroad.

Mercury afflicted.

Especially by both Jupiter and Saturn.
I don't know why, but these people seem dumber than they are. It's so weird. Like they take ages to form correct sentences and it always comes out weird - too slow or too fast. Just in my experience!
