Hey!

If the question is about feelings, emotions, then we should look to dignities, right? And if there is no aspect between the rulers, it still counts, if both of the significators fall in each others dignities?
For example, the question - does he like me romantically?

Jupiter in Gemini - me (i'm in a bad shape, also combust, which shows my insecurity for the moment and that i feel stressed, but i still do receive him by rulership, so yes, i like him a lot)
Mercury in Cancer - Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, so from this can i assume that Mercury likes Jupiter as well, keeping in mind that Moon is also my co-significator and thus Mercury is also ruled by Moon. + He receives me by term as well.

So if Mercury doesn't aspect Jupiter, but Moon will aspect Mercury, it isn't of such a big significance, as this type of things is seen in dignities?

Also!

It is said that:

"Frustration: in this case, again the Significators appear to be moving to perfection, but this time the slower moving planet achieves a partile aspect with a different body before the faster moving body catches up. Again, this scenario shows hope until the person represented by the slower moving Significator goes off in a different direction."

What if Venus is applying to conjunct Mercury by 3 degrees (though it's apparent that whoever it is, Mercury doesn't even like her, nor does she likes Mercury, lol - ok, she may like him a bit, he is in her face), but Moon will make an exact sextile to Mercury in 5 degrees. It may seem that Venus would conjoin Mercury faster, if looking simply by number of degrees, but Moon is faster, so it definitely will make an aspect to Mercury *faster*! So does in this case it is a frustration or not? I'm inclined to think - not.

Okay, that's a lot of questions lol! ^^

Yes.

If you only asked about feelings, yes. Dignities show that. Aspects show action. No aspects, no action. So despite the feelings, the relationship will be stagnant. It happens.

quote:
Jupiter in Gemini - me (i'm in a bad shape, also combust, which shows my insecurity for the moment and that i feel stressed, but i still do receive him by rulership, so yes, i like him a lot)

Right. If you're also Moon. Usually the querent is the Moon, but other times he/she is not.

The feelings are shown by the dignities. If there's a Moon-Mercury aspect, that shows action. In this case, the faster planet (Moon) will make a move on the slower planet, Mercury. So you will contact him somehow. The result of that contact is judged from the nature of the aspect (hard/soft, positive/negative, conjunction=coming together). But as long as there is an aspect, yay you! lol Things will start moving and that's what counts.

quote:

Venus doesn't apply to Mercury because Venus is slower than Mercury. The aspect is most likely separating, as in Mercury moves away from Venus. So it is not frustration, it doesn't even count lol, except to tell you that there was a woman (Venus) that Mercury is leaving behind and he is preparing himself for your approach.

Go, Planet! ^_^

Thank you, Hera!

Moon would probably be me in this case, as it is exactly conjunct my natal ASC. The aspect Moon will make to Mercury is sextile, so it's good.

I was confused by that Venus - Mercury applying conjunction, as it shows that it is applying indeed, and Mercury is not retrograde, lol. Could it be that Venus sometimes IS faster than Mercury? Given that Mercury is 18'48 and Venus is 15'28 Cancer? It's the first time i've seen something like this.

It probably is you, though aspects with natal charts don't count in horary.

Oh.. you're right, it is applying because Mercury is slowing down as it will turn retro on the 27th. So there is a Venus wooing and approaching your guy. In this case, yes, it is frustration, but of Mercury-Venus because Moon gets the guy!
