Honestly, first thing that came to mind - Capricorn. They can be very feminine, but I wouldn't call them "girly".Same goes for Scorp girls. **IME. IP: Logged |

I know a few Aries and Taurus girls who like to keep it simple. I agree with Doux, Scorps are not much of girly girls, too. Probably someone with prominent mars also. It would make them more.. robust than the typical girl?  IP: Logged |

I do agree with Capricorn.Put together but not done up.All the Taurus girls I know are pretty feminine in a girly girl kinda way.
But you guys are right Scorpio can change that.My sister is a taurus with Scorpio rising and she does keep it simple. But I think Cap is less into the girl stuff than Taurus. IP: Logged |

Moon-Venus aspect. Usually the square from what I've seen. Or a combination of agressive aspects like sun/mars, moon/mars....And a "soft" one like moon/Venus? I see moon square Venus ALOT , in tomboys. And most, eventually got in touch with their feminine side after their 20s. Like using makeup, being more seductive, dressing more feminine, etc. but still not completely letting go of their tomboy side. Just Right in the middle of tomboy and girly. IP: Logged |

It has to be more than moon sign...for instance I know two sag girls one with cap moon one with aries mooon. the one with s cap moon is very girly the other not at all. I know a few cap moon that are all girly , as well the cap suns I know. IP: Logged |
