I've read some descriptions of the Saturn-Mars conjunction and for the most part it says it's difficult, yes, but it's a good aspect to have when you need to make sustained efforts and/or control your energy flow in a disciplined manner. But what happens when you don't have much energy flow at all? When this happens Saturn-mars conjunction can feel like an overwhelming drag, like a ridiculous, overblown attempt to control something that isn't that strong in the first place... like having a bread thief locked up for life in a maximum security prison. Do you have this aspect coupled with a lack of fire energy too? I've tried the eating healthier & exercising approach to boost physical energy but it doesn't work. for me it's something that goes beyond the body, even though it affects it directly, a tiredness of the soul. But we all have to live with our most difficult aspects, so if you have the Saturn- mars conjunction I'd like to hear how you deal with it, and maybe we can all benefit from this IP: Logged |

Hi siralop,I don't have the conjunction but the square. And a lack of fire to boot, so I know where you're coming from. Personally I've stopped trying to control things that are out of my control, like people and situations. That way I don't get too annoyed or frustrated or disappointed. I do get frustrated because of my lack of energy and the inability to make sustained efforts, but that's part of the square moreso than the conjunction. I'm just trying to come to terms with the fact that I have low vitality and probably won't ever be a dynamic, energetic person. But hopefully I'll be able to follow some kind of schedule and learn to regulate my energy levels cause it seems that I'm either too hyper or too tired, seldom in between. Problematic aspects like this one take a lot of time before they can be worked with, they require experience and maturity. So it's a long journey.

The square must be so hard to deal with, I feel you. Do you think meditation can help with this kind of issue? I like to believe the energy is there, but like you said it will require experience and maturity to flow properly. Thank you for your insight Doux Rêve IP: Logged |

You're welcome!Oh yes, I'm sure meditation can help. I should definitely do that sometime. Pretty sure it can help anyone with any type of aspect. IP: Logged |
