Venus in Pisces here.

You are an Aqua with Venus in Pisces. Where is your Moon and Mars? Any Venus/Moon or Venus/Pluto aspect? What kind of women attracts you and how do you act when you start falling for someone?

Orange this is a great question as I'm interested in what a venus in pisces is attracted to as well

@12houser- I have moon and venus in the 12th and I can completely agree with the idea of sacrifice as a display of love (putting others needs before my own.)

Moon is in Aquarius, Mars is in Capricorn. My Moon semi-sextiles my Venus exactly, but there’s no aspect between be Venus and Pluto. Not sure what it would be like if my Venus and Pluto did aspect.

As far as what kind of woman I’m attracted to, it can be hard to pin down, but I’ll give it my best shot. I like a woman who is confident, but not flashy about it. A quiet confidence is preferred. In my opinion, if you have real confidence, there’s no need to advertise it.

As far as appearances, I like a woman who is both naturally beautiful, and anything else (make-up, etc.) only enhances her beauty, but doesn’t add on to what’s not already there. An older former co-worker of mine (female) once told me she could see me with someone who is “blonde, slender, artistic, very social…” and a few other things I can’t remember at the moment. I laughed when she said this and told her, “You’ve just described my ex-girlfriend.”

You asked if I’m attracted to Piscean women, but I’m not sure who that would really be. I’ve dated Cancer women and Sag women, and have yet to (knowingly) date a Pisces woman or one with Piscean qualities.

I like someone with whom verbal communication isn’t always necessary because you sense what the other is feeling without saying a word. I’m sure many signs can fit that description, but since you asked me what I look for in a woman, that would (in part) describe her.

A big plus for me is a woman who is cultural or has a desire to be, as opposed to just intelligent. See, in my opinion, a person can be smart without being cultural, but you cannot be cultural without being smart as well. Cultural and intelligence go hand in hand.

I’m sure there’s more, and I’ll think about how to articulate it later, but this is all for now.

How do I act when I fall for a girl? I think about her constantly and feel at peace when I’m around her. I let her know through my actions and other romantic and playful gestures how I feel about her. I’ve written poetry for some women in the past. If a relationship starts progressing well, I share with her what I imagine our future will be like together. When we’re alone together, I love to gaze at her without her feeling like I’m invading her mental privacy. Holding hands is big, too, and just all physical contact is a plus.

What I've typed previously may sound garden-variety, but with my Venus in Pisces conjunct my ascendant, it might be that the behavior is more noticeable in person than explaining it to the masses, if that makes sense.

seems like your Venus in Pisces and your planets in the 12th took over your chart for you described quite a romantic outlook of your relationships, unlike the more broad and friendship-like relationships an Aqua usually has.
I'm not sure about all that "blonde" thing, sounds stereotypical or superficial a bit.

Venus on the ASC is hot.

The blonde thing was just something my friend said to me about who she could see me with. The truth is, hair color doesn't really matter to me.

Oh, wow.
That's totally not the way I pictured you!
You look like you're from the East (which is not bad at all by the way).
And your dog is huuuge!
But you're cute. I definitely approve.

Ohh that's good for you; Scorps can be quite loyal, indeed.

I meant to ask you, Orange... what houses are his Aqua sun and Venus in Pisces in, and what aspects does this Aquarius (you have an interest in) have to his Aqua sun and Venus in Pisces?

His Venus is opposing his PLuto in the 5th and squares his Moon with tight aspects and also trines his Neptune by 1 degree.
My 1st house/ ASC is in Pisces so his Venus, Chiron and North Node falls in my 1st house. I find him breathtaking.
My PLuto opposes his Venus at 0.01 degree.
What do you think?

Mind doing me another favor, Orange? Would you post your natal and his natal chart?

Okay, understandable... then I hope you don't mind if I ask you some questions.

For starters, what degree is your Pisces ascendant?

Also, what degree is your 12th house cusp?

Venus is at 14 degrees Pisces.

Also meant to ask you, what activity do you have in Aqua? Many sites and other forums I've read mention that someone with another's activity in their 12th (synastry speaking) can sometimes find it very unsettling if the native doesn't have anything in their 12th natally-speaking (so they're not used to the 12th house placements and can find it awkward). Since he has his Sun in your 12th, do you feel he really knows you, or that you know him, or what else is the experience between you two like?

Only Scorpio ppl "know" me, the rest have no clue.
I have nothing in my 12th.
But, Aquas at 8-14 degree. complete my air natal Moon- Venus trine and Moon-Uranus trine to a Grand Trine and Aquas at 20-26 degree complete my natal fixed T-square to a Grand Cross. They put me to peace. So, in a few words - the missing leg of these two formations is in my 12th house.

I have lots of Neptune in my chart so 12th house activities is my teritory. Nobody knows anything about each other and what's going on but we, the Neptunians, dont care. We speak with no words and it's all good.

lol well, with my Aqua sun, moon, and mercury in the 12th, I might a some clue.

My dad has Venus in Aqua in his 10th, but in my 12th. Reason I mention that is I get curious about what other planets in my sun sign are like that are also in my 12th house that aren't there natally. Make sense? lol I'm not really sure how I feel his Venus plays out in my 12th yet, but I don't find it unsettling as some texts suggest.

What I usually read about synastry and planetary overlays is that the effect "goes both ways." I wonder, however if the following is what happens: if someone has, say, Mercury in [pick a sign] in the 2nd natally, and it overlays in someone's 7th house, the 2nd house Mercury native wants to discuss finances, but now it's in terms of it being between people in relationships (trusting a S.O. with finances, joint bank accounts, etc.), whereas the 7th house Mercury "receiver" has finances "brought to the forefront" of their relationship with the other person and finds themself thinking, talking, and dealing with finances whether they want to or not (until the other person is out of their life). It's these details I sense in house overlays that make me think saying "it goes both ways" is not enough. It's a matter of fine-tuning the details.

By the way, why exactly do you say only Scorpio people "know" you?

Also, what you said about Neptune at the end made sense. Especially being a Pisces rising, Neptune near my MC (9th house side) and Sun, Moon, and Mercury in the 12th.

Sun and Moon in Aqua in the 12th is the most un-natural place for the social Aquas. However, the combination of Aqua and 12th house makes for an increased 6th sense. You might be gifted with clairvoyance abilities but still don't know it yet.

Maybe that's why it's been said that it feels good when someone else brings their planet to an empty house of yours and activate it, bring it to life.

Actually, I've read that bringing a planet (or Sun or Moon) to an otherwise empty house disrupts things, that you don't necessarily enjoy it.

Scorpios know me better, because my 8th house is in Scorpio. It usually runs deeper then the rest and it's a matter-of-fact house, in comparison with the translucent 12th house where everything happens on a purely perception level.

i haven't found that to be the case, about it being matter-of-fact.
