What's the significance of having Mercury ruler of 4th and 7th house? And how it can be combined with Mercury on the 12th house?
That could be a weird mix!

P.S. I also had an epiphany right now. What happens when the planet that rules your 7th house falls there by your partner?
e.g. I have Mercury ruler of my 7th house and my partner's Mercury falls on my 7th house.
