It just means you have north and south nodes in the same sign. You have similarities in what you aspire to, what you are comfortable with, what you wish to leave behind at times. You both are trying to move toward partnerships and balance, learning how to compromise with other people, learning how to please them. You are both comfortable with the notion of self hood, know what you want out of life. You could both treasure your independence.

You have your asc in Scorpio and it's opposite the sign he has his sun in, Taurus. That's good because his sun should be somewhere near the descendant, or in the seventh house of your chart which is the one of partnership and marriage. Conjunct descendant from house six is not as strong.

You have a conjunction of the sun with his ascendant or in his ascendant. Both Libra. This could be good depending on house. From house one, it's good, from twelve, could mean missed opportunity or obstacles.
