I've never felt comfortable with about these types of subjects with him because he's so set in his own beliefs, although he does have "spiritual/deep" placements. He's too worried about what everyone else would think.

The whole time we did talk about him (he's a leo of course) We talked about how glorious/likable he is and how everyone loves him and he should of been a star or a comedian lmao. I did encourage him to explore these options because he truly should be an entertainer. Funny old foreign man..

I've always felt bitter about our relationship, in the past he's only cared about himself and never about my feelings or my siblings. I don't think he's ever even tried to get to know me, until recently. He did confide in me tonight, and sort admitted his mistakes. This is a breakthrough because always been very unapologetic about his mistakes in the past or plain delusional.

You know what's weird? My dad and I also had a heart to heart talk the other night. We haven't talked like that in a very LONG while. I was never open to my dad and that night too, we talked about astrology and his traits. And, he's also a Leo sun. O.O

You just made me realize that maybe dads aren't easy to connect with, at least leo dads..
I'm sure our dads love us, but they aren't interested in getting to know us. Not the same way a mother connects with her children.

Idk if I ever/some how become a father, I'm going to be emotionally invested in my children and not just there in the background chilling.

I'm not open to either of my parents so it's actually a breakthrough that my dad and I talked. It was weird because I felt like I just revealed my vulnerabilities but at the same time, it was liberating.

And, what do you know? T.sun and jupiter were almost exactly on my ascendant that day, in the first house. T.moon was opposing both of them and also closely conj my DC in the 6th.

ETA: It's so nice of you to think your future children that way.. I'm not even sure if I'll ever be ready to have one lol
