The sun. The sun is probably the most powerful planet. then the moon. then ascendent. or maybe ascendent is before them. idk. but yeah i know. you are asking which one is most aspected or something right. and thus has a certain prominence in your chart. i have no idea. probably that capricorn stellium. it probably gets used the most. idk really

Saturn is easily your strongest planet. Pluto would be your second strongest planet.

I have a lot of Neptune and Uranus conjunctions. I have Venus in Pisces and Moon in Scorpio
My sun aspects Pluto as well.
Then I have a lot of fourth house placements.

Saturn: 5 placements in Capricorn, 2 planets in H10, Saturn in domicile
Pluto: 3 placements in Scorpio, Pluto in domicile

Neptune is a strong third though and could probably be your second strongest planet too. It does have four H12 planets, 1 planet in Pisces, and Neptune in H12...hm, I only said Pluto for second because he has a luminary and an angle under his belt.

Are we looking at the same chart? I see AC at 28 Capricorn, Sun at 26 Capricorn with Mercury and Uranus/Neptune before the Sun. That puts them in H12.

I agree. I don't feel any other influences besides Neptune. Maybe Pluto.
