I'll go with Cardinal Cancer followed by Fixed Scorpio I see them the best in the investment project fields especially real estate.

followed by Cardinal Capricorn and Fixed Taurus the way i see it my point of view Earth signs have an edge of gaining money through their daily jobs i.e. Salary over all signs but fails in the investment field they seem to lack luck.

Cancer and Scorpio have the strongest sixth sense they know where to invest their money they just feels it! and in short time they make big gains.

I own a full duplex -- my first house. I bought it for about 30% less than its market value; it was a "short sale" (bank negotiated). I tease my parents that the cost of my first house was higher than the cost of their most recent house. I live in one side of the duplex and I rent out the other side. My tenant's rent covers most of the mortgage. So I get a 3/2/2 with 1700 sqft for almost nothing. I'm saving to buy another duplex. The plan is to keep buying rentals until I no longer need a day job, and then I can go tinker with classic cars, fly airplanes, sail boats and play world traveller for fun. Materialistic? Nah. One yacht, one 6/8-seat turboprop and one Lamborghini would be plenty. Oh, and a modest little house on a hill somewhere, with a room just for my shoes, a room just for my suits, and a helipad.

I'm not counting on an IRA or a 401K or Social Security. Those are all crap, under other people's control. I'm running my own retirement plan. I don't trust anyone else with my finances.

Is it really a water sign thing? How does that work? I would think it's more of an earth sign thing. Materialism, or at least practicality. I have some earth in my chart but my sun is in a water sign.

What do your dad and uncle do with real estate? Are they real estate agents? What kind of property do they work with?
