A cancer asc and taurus moon, this person is extremely skinny. They sure do have the appetite of a taurus moon..I thought cancer and taurus produces the most curvy body types?
I noticed a lot of times cancer ascs have a wide variety of body types from waif to muscular, many of them don't fit the typical text book description. Possibly because their ruler is the moon, which is easily changeable. IP: Logged |

it's genetic. I'm saturn-dominant I should be tall, waif-like, and should have great cheekbones. Nope. I take after my paternal grand-mother. Narrow body, decent breasts n hips, small hands and feet, slightly chubby when I put on weight. Have two cancer sun friends. Tall, very slim but not bony, their figure outline is very smooth. Okay lets have a poll.Personally I think most people don't even look like their ascs unless they have a massive first house. Or a leo asc, they're easy to detect lol. IP: Logged |

I think if you compare to their immediate family members maybe it will be more apparent. My water dominant relatives are all taller than me and much much fleshier/curvier. Fire dominant relatives are also taller and curvier, but in a toned/muscled way. So in the end I'm the "waif" in the family.IP: Logged |

Parents/grandparents & siblings
My fathers side is primarily Fire My body type is slim a with fast metabolism but I'm still really tall so I guess that's the fire influence.

You have a Gemini stellium, all of the gems I know are tall to average in height, and slim. Except for one who has Taurus ascendant. Their favourite food is sugar. Instant energy lol. A lot of my relatives are water dominants. My father has a fair bit of fire-influence. he's a scop sun, aries moon and sag ascendant/venus. He’s really tall and he has medium-built, very slim when he was young though. Mother is a pisces sun/venus/ascendant, aries moon. Average height, curvy, goo-goo eyes. Saturn reduces my height lol. I've wondered this because I have read a few of the cancer asc descriptions and I'm almost the exact body type opposite. I asked about it in a thread a while back.
If I'm being a gym bunny, I can be rather muscular for a girl otherwise I'm just tiny on top and somewhat curvy on the bottom xD. Then again I have venus squaring my asc (exact degree) and mars opposing it. *shrugs* quote:

Maybe looking at the duad everyone's ascendant is in would show us why people may look like another ascendant/sun/moon sign? I've noticed that Aquarius men (who I seem to always attract) have light hair, many are blonde but it can be light brown/red etc. I've also noticed that they like their hair long as well. A guy that I'm interested in has long blonde hair but he's a cap rising, turns out his rising sign's degree is in the Aquarius duad. IP: Logged |

OO yeah that's strange for Cancer ASC with Taurus Moon to have skinny body... Maybe Venus is in Gemini or Virgo? Maybe Uranus is touching ASC? Myabe Saturn is squaring Venus or Moon? I agree about variety of body types in Cancer ASC

All I know is that prominent Water usually makes people quite chubby, or at least it's very easy to put on weight.Cancer ASC's can be very "stiff" and not curvy!
I know some women with it and they don't have the typical "curves".
It can go either way with Cancer - curvy or very slim. Scorpio ASC's are usually quite curvy, at least the women. Cappies look good.. even if they have some belly fat or a few pounds to drop, they almost always give the impression of being "fit". Grr. Note that planets conjunct the ASC or in aspect with the chart ruler, and planets in the 1st house, all have an affect on appearance.
So we can't just lump everything together.
Generally speaking though - Fixed signs have "squarish" bodies and faces, Mutables have "flexible" or "weary" bodies, sometimes long face / limbs and can look quite different from one angle to another; and Cardinals are "ovalish" - more rounded and "proportional" looking.

Doux, I want to have your expert opinion on the appearance of someone who has sun,mercury,venus conjunct saturn ( chart ruler),sun and saturn opp ASC, Jupiter trine ASC, lilith SQ ASC,neptune semi sq ASC. Yes, Mercury, but also Saturn itself - gets better with age.  Umm.. Lilith on ASC..
I only know one girl with this (in Pisces) and she appears very "chaste" and shy, but she has long, dark hair and peircing eyes (could be that her Mercury conjuncts Pluto in Scorpio). I used to think she was quite "average", not very attractive.
But then at some point I noticed that she has an "alluring" vibe and people seem to be attracted to her (again, could be the Pisces element). Could make one sexy, I guess

I am curvy like a Scorpio Asc but taller.
However, if we want to look wt generics - I'm the only child of my parents that got the recessive genes for having piercing light eyes. Also it's in the Pisces duad. My big brother has light brownish green eyes and is a different Scorpio rising. My little brother and sister have dark doe eyes and they're Capricorn and Leo ascendant. I have Cancer Asc and Taurus moon. I am curvy.
I can lose weight easily and gain weight easily.
Thats why i take care of myself and try not to go over board lol!
I have a thin waist but a big butt and curvy hips.
I definitely look very venusian.

(opp my ascendant by 20 minutes)
My sun is square my AC by 1 minute.
I also can gain and lose weight easily

Hmm, I gain weight easily, but I lose it easily too because I'm pretty energetic. My dominant planets are Moon, Mercury and Uranus. I feel like I'm screwed up.  Anyway I hate my Cancer Sun & Moon in 6th, I always have problems with my sensitive stomach. It sucks. IP: Logged |

I def look and act like an Aries...thick hair thick brows...reddish tint to my skin and hair, short in height my body type is more of my Pisces moon tho which makes sense because I have a packed 12th house... IP: Logged |
