Topic: Opinions please?!

I've been with this guy for 4 years (we recently broke up two and half months ago) and we've always had this emotional/spiritual connection. Lately I've been thinking about him like crazy and I get this feeling in my chest like a sinking/anxiety feeling, I kind of don't know exactly how to explain it. Sometimes when I close my eyes it's like I see him and I can hear him like he's trapped in my mind. I've been really depressed lately and because we've had quite a rocky relationship I have some guilt and shame feelings. Sometimes it feels as if he's watching me and I don't know if that's just him channeling energy to me or what. I've had these past experiences with him as well where I would imagine him walking around the corner and then suddenly there he was etc. I'd like to hear some opinions, and whether anyone has experienced anything like this?He is a Virgo and I'm a Capricorn. I don't know much about astrology but may I ask if there is any neptune and/or pluto contacts in synastry? 12th house ? There is neptune activity and 12th house overlay in our synastry. I have experienced the "trap in mind" thing. ---- <Pablo Neruda so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,

p/s: I think it could also be because of the transit right now. Sun is still in cancer.

12 muddy is right, I had this with my ex and ended up experiencing something pretty similiar. Lots of 12th house and neptune connections along with lots saturn making it really hard to let get even though it was short term.Honestly I've found throwing myself into hobbies/ work/school takes my mind off him well enough and I know thats not amazing advice or anything but I hope it gets better for you! btw he was an Aries I am PiscesIP: Logged |

Yea, I don't know much about astrology either although the last few day's I've been really dedicated into researching about it. Unfortunately I'm unable to figure out any contact at this time because I'm unaware of his birth time, I'm hoping to acquire his birth time from his mother soon. So then I'll probably have a better insight.

Thank you, I'm not exactly looking for advice just anyone who has experienced this as well or any opinions, it's comforting to know I'm not the only one in this type of situation, and there are other's as well, I almost had myself convinced I might just be crazy! Lol. IP: Logged |

I've only had the psychic connection like that with one person, and honestly before I experienced myself, I didn't believe it..I can feel when he's thinking about me, I have even asked him, if he was and he said yes.. Now keep in mind, it's not an everyday occurrence.. But when it happens its very intense.. At first I get butterflies in my stomach, then it increases in my stomach not as a pain, but as a deep gut feeling.
My eyes get very heavy, I can't even hold them open.. All if a sudden I loose control of my eyes.
Kinda like they roll back behind my head..
(I know sounds crazy)
If I open my eyes, I get dizzy and light headed. Almost nauseous type if feeling..
I have no choice but to close my eyes and just feel...
Usually certain thoughts run through my head, kinda like what's going on between us...
I think it may be what he's thinking about..
Idk for sure though... Honestly, I try not to do this because it takes a lot of energy and takes my will power away...
I feel overwhelmed by it.
Usually once it's over I just fall asleep for about 5 mins, from exhaustion. One time in my sleep, I think I some how went to him, it was so freaky, it scared me to death.. I hurried up and came back. I saw him driving the car, and he was upset, yelling for me to get out of his head.. I know it sounds a bit crazy, I swear I would never tell anyone about this experience face to face...
I'd probably end up in a straight jacket... Lol...
The best thing to do, is keep your mind occupied.
When I'm busy, and my concentration is on something specific, even if he thinks about me, I can push it away, and not have the intense experience..
My stomach jumps, and tell myself, not right now, not now...
The feelings then just fade.

Interesting! I can relate to a lot of the feeling's you mentioned, the butterflies in the stomach, lightheaded, quite a few times two weeks ago I would get nauseous for no reason, I usually get very unclear in my thoughts and my main focus is him and today I visualized him and he's talking, I can hear him but I can't make out what he's saying, he seem's upset, like he's talking to someone else about me? I've been feeling really tired lately and taking naps more than usual as well, but these occurrences are everyday for me, and it is overwhelming especially since I have no contact with him whatsoever or even a slight clue where he is, and if he is okay. Another weird thought/conclusion I came up with, during this last weekend and the week before that, I kept having thoughts about him committing suicide, and I couldn't figure out why so I came up with the conclusion that maybe he was contemplating it and thinking about me and our past. I was literally one of the closest people he had in his life, and I don't know what to think? My thoughts have been so foggy lately and I'm very depressed, and I have barely left my house in 2 and half weeks... I really hope I didn't sound crazy! Lol. IP: Logged |

Transit Sun and jupiter is still in cancer. Do they oppose your capricorn sun ? I have a cap stellium and lately I've been a bit of a hot mess.I hope that you'll feel better soon. Sorry you have to go through this. IP: Logged |

Foggy thoughts are Neptune,
Transit Neptune is probably effecting you some how..Honestly u can't let the thoughts overwhelm you, which is how it sounds, since you are badly leaving your house. Your thoughts are always with you.. But at times you just have to push them away for your own sanity.
Keeping busy mentally is honestly the best solution. I paint when I get overwhelmed by feelings....

My Sun is opposing today's Sun to an orb of 7 degrees, Jupiter is opposing my Jupiter to an orb of 3, Mercury is opposing my Mercury to an orb of 3, and Venus is opposing my Venus with pretty much 0 orb..
