I'm not an expert, but I would say that love should be viewed more from their Venus association or possibly even Lilith maybe. I'm not going to say one way or the other either as I'm sure that it might have it's effects on some people. I will say that it might play a crucial role as far as the ultimate deciding factors as far as making decisions in love affairs but ultimately I think it will probably be second to the venus. I'm a Venus in Taurus for example, I don't take break ups very lightly and I'm very loyal, the fact that I'm a Moon Square Neptune probably only intensifies my emotions. I wouldn't necessarily say that these people indefinitely fall in and out of love so easily though. If anything, though, love might make them escape or want to escape. I could maybe see some people with these placements looking at people or love as some form of escape from reality I guess. But this might be rare though. I don't know for sure, I'm not ruling it out if that's what you're asking lol
