Someone has their, for example, Mars in the 7th house and another person's Mars lands in the same house. What do you think about such an overlay? What if they conjunct each other too? What if they're in different signs though?

That sounds interesting, I'd like to know more about this, too.

There's only one friend who puts her Mars in my 7th - but well, she's a girl and our relationship is platonic.

I've never had someone's Mars conjunct my Mars from the 7th, only from the 6th.. it does create attraction but usually it's "covert" and not easy to act on - Saturn in the mix.
