Because I always have them! I have Scorpio ruling my 6th house, and Pisces ruling my 10th. My NN is also in my 10th. Pluto is in my 5th house, Sun and Moon in the 11th. Moon opp. Pluto, no Sun / Pluto aspects. Saturn is in my 7th house, trines my Moon and squares my 11H stellium, including Mercury. Let's see ... I have Sun conjunct Mercury, Mercury conjunct Venus, Sun conjunct Venus. Mercury is also squaring Saturn and Neptune in the 7H. I get along better with male bosses but female bosses, OMG. I always have problems. They either love me or hate me. How do I escape this? I know the love / hate thing everyone is going to be like "Oh, Pluto!" but what about getting along with male bosses as well? I don't have AS MANY problems with them but there are still problems. And I'm not favorited in general like other employees.

Do you have any harsh aspects from Saturn to Chiron?I've read that it they can create a distrust and dislike of authority figures in general. I have the opposition between them myself and I can't stand having a "boss" or being told what to do. Especially if I don't feel the person has earned the right to be above me. ------------------ Leo ASC, Pis Sun, Tau moon IP: Logged |

I have Moon trine Uranus (reminded me of authority) Surprisingly, no Saturn / Chiron aspects. You would think I'd have that! Saturn in Capricorn and Chiron in Cancer. The thing is I generally - wait... maybe my bosses aren't terrible but subconsciously they activate some kind of trust issues I have with authority in general? However, I have some horrible stories of getting screwed over by bosses.

I tend to go through certain stages with bosses, some being better than others. When I first start a job, I'm very eager to impress and I'll do anything asked of me...after a while, though, I internally start to question their authority and/or try to internally evaluate whether their experience gives them the "right" to be my boss (i.e., can I actually learn anything from them or am I just doing b*tch-work? Particularly if/when they act in such a way that serves to clearly underscore any sort of hierarchy), as I don't really like being told what to do. Eventually, I can usually come to respect my boss, and when I do, I find it much easier get along with them, often to the point of being a noticeable "favorite" (personally, at least, not so much in a professional sense - this hasn't so far materialized into anything particularly advantageous ). If I can't find that sweet spot after a while, I quit and find a new job.I've always attributed this to my Mars in Aquarius, but I've got a couple of the other contacts in my chart mentioned here, too, so perhaps that plays a role as well (Mars square Pluto, Mercury opposite Pluto, Sun square Saturn, Chiron in the 10th). ------------------ Sun -> Aries Moon -> Sagittarius Ascendant -> Virgo IP: Logged |

Afflicted Saturn, MC, ruler of the 10th. I have them and I’ve always had problems with the authority. I’ve been told by an astrologer that self-employment would be my best option. 6th house is related to work place so I think planets in 6th and aspects to it’s ruler are also important. A stellium in 11th could make you come across as a reformer, a rebel, bosses would see that type of person as a threat to their system.IP: Logged |

I've never had problems with authority despite having an afflicted Saturn (MC ruler).Maybe it's the trine to Venus/Jupiter that helps. Or MC square Venus/Jupiter. IP: Logged |

I can't think of a reason we wouldn't work well together, Jessica! I usually am working entry level positions where bosses don't really care about their employees. It's the only thing available that works with my school schedule while I'm getting my degree. Things start fine and then after awhile the "slights" per se start adding up and I realize they're not being fair to me. I always get the shifts no one wants, or my hours get cut because of x,y,z. Maybe it's my stellium in the 7H? Saturn conjunct Uranus, and Neptune, and Uranus conjunct Neptune? IP: Logged |

It's because Scorpio is on the cusp of your sixth, and the ruler is in opposition to the moon (women).Basically expect that problem. I have Mars badly afflicted in the sixth, along with Uranus conjunct my midheaven. I fully expect any bosses I do have to be extremely aggressive toward me and to ultimately wind up jumping from job to job and having an unstable career because of it. Luckily for me, my plan is to focus on International Librarianship for my career so it shouldn't be all that hard to pack up and go elsewher when my boss decides he wants to let his inner sadist out to play every time I show up for my shift lmao. So Scorpio on the 6H cusp can't manifest any other way? I get the connection between Pluto and my Moon, but will it ALWAYS come back to manifesting between my bosses and I? It sucks! A lot!IP: Logged |

It manifests through power games. Your boss might impose certain things on you just to prove they are the boss,or that they have the last word. The dynamics might change with age though when you are the one having an upper hand. You can either ''abuse'' the plutonian power OR use it intelligently to your advantage. That's how it worked for me at least. Although I have uranus to thank for weird scenarios at work.. IP: Logged |

I have a similar setup, with similar issues. Sixth ruler in Scorpio, opposed Mars. Power struggles in the workplace, but good relations with bosses - Sun conjunct MC.

You might be onto something... I have Part of Fortune (Cancer, 2H) trine Pluto in the 5th, and SQUARE my Sun and Venus in Aries. Vertex is also conjunct Pluto in the 5H. Maybe I'm just in the wrong line of business (customer service....ugh.) IP: Logged |

What kind of energy do other people with Scorpio ruling the 6th house project, though? Most of the time the boundary between my bosses and I gets blurred (Pisces MC, and Sag DSC) and so they treat me like a friend, and yet screw me over at the same time when they feel like it even though I follow the rules.

I have jupiter in 10th which is supposed to be career success with aqua mc and a saturn desc. Although there is nothing in house of open enemies there is the malefic mars and saturn in 12th bosses have always screwed me over and despite a well populated 10th house my career has always been a struggle. The boss at my present job has said dire things to me but she will reap what she sows karma is coming. She is such an aries bully and is weak when i stand up to her (has to call someone else into office). As for the other manager capricorn (with mars conj pluto so underhand and strong) she is so devious and manipulative i don't waste time on her at all. Big egos and personalities clashing so when they get a nice person they can't deal... IP: Logged |

Maybe your perfectionist northnode in the 10th thinks you will do a better job being the boss yourself.I would say a leo/scorpio influence with some uranian aspects can do it. Like Sun in scorpio with Northnode in Leo and a sun/uranus aspect or Mars in Scorpio with Northnode in Leo and a sun/uranus aspect. Or just a strong mars and Uranus influence in the chart with an important pluto/scorpio placement. Some people are better off being their own bosses or they will jump around a lot from boss to boss even if they manage to get along with their bosses. I feel this people will change jobs a lot until they become their own boss. IP: Logged |
