Hi Freesia.I haven't had that aspect in composite (that I remember of) but it does sound pretty "bad".
The issue here is that Mars signifies action, drive, sexuality; and Saturn represents limits, obstacles, insecurity, delays.
When you combine the two via a hard aspect, especially in the composite, the relationship itself may feel draining not necessarily because the two people don't like each other, but possibly because there is always something in the way of them being together or enjoying each other's company - "bad timing".
It can also, obviously, point to a clash of egos - criticism and frustrated feelings are a possible manifestation of this aspect.
I wouldn't go as far as to say there will be violence of any kind, but if one or both people have anger issues, the other person and the relationship can amplify that.
On a more positive note, if the aspect is well integrated and balanced, it can produce much sustained energy and effort - and you said it's supported by flowing Venus aspects, which is a good thing - they can work together on their problems and try to smooth out the edges, and strive for balance, love and harmony.
Hope this helps.
