I have this with someone and Im crazily attracted to that man. I know he is attracted to me as well.My Scorpio mars/venus conjunction quincunxes exactly his Gemini mars and Aries venus.
Has anyone experiences with venus/mars quincunxes and attraction in synastry? IP: Logged |

I don't know about Magi Astrology and their configurations, but quincunxes seem to create some attraction based on "fascination" - differences on an energetic level are what attracts the two people.Careful with the Gemini Mars - they may not match your need for intensity and depth. IP: Logged |

If the orbs are very tight, it also means that your Venus/Mars-mp are opposite each other plus your Venus and Mars triggering his Venus/Mars-mp.It`s one ofthe reasons Yods are often so strong, and quite differently experiences to an isolated quinkunx which often makes you feel quite uncomfortable. With the Yod however the compulsion can be extraordinarily strong. I agree though with Doux, sometimes a hot attraction might not result in longterm compatibility. Though with these midpoints, it might burn VERY hot. IP: Logged |

With 'dragon Points' they just refer to locations in the chart that meet the orb
requirements to form these "more intense" Yods or mystical triangles.Your M/V (only one is enough) conjunction has to fall within the orb-degrees of his natal aspect. So, let's say;
His Mars - 12 Gem.
His Venus - 13 Aries. .. your Venus/Mars has to fall within the lines of 11,5 to 13,5 degree to let it be a dragon yod.
(0,5 outside de box is allowed) To my knowlegde we reach the orb-limit when his mars/venus sextile would have an orb of max 3 degr. while your Venus/Mars falls 0,5 degr. outside that box.
Ps; a natal quincunx? To my knowlegde the dragon can also be derived from a natal sextile etc.

Very interesting. Im not sure if it qualifies as a Magi dragon. His venus is 12.25 Aries and his Mars 11.18 Gemini, my Mars is 10.44 Scorpio (not sure if it enters in the fork allowed) and Venus is further away... 18.26 Scorpio.My V/M mp is 14.35 Scorpio and his is 11.52 Taurus, quite close...! I am so attracted to his Gemini side! But his Mars squares his Pluto, that makes him more scorpionic... but anyway all this is only platonic so far and will probably stay that way in spite of the steam!

Wow.. I was damn close with my degr. example. But no, technically it wouldn't be called a dragon yod since your mars-degr. is 0'34 outside the box (0'04 too much) but well.. looking at it as a whole we see a verry strong sexual Yod with pretty tight orbs, so nothing to be disappointed about! Thanks! Wow that sounds pretty close! As for Juno... in geo longitudes we have nothing, but in geo declinations:

my Juno CP his Venus In helio we have:
his Juno conjuncts exactly my Mars
his Juno opposes my Chiron (orb 3.34)

Actually I found that very often there seems to be a linkage (including the quinkunx) between Juno and either Sun or moon.

I once read that the seks linkages in the declinations have an even more intense effect than in the longitudes. I read it on magi-Jupitersweb somewhere.
2 or more juno linkages would be a lust-bond. Imagine the clustering of planets there .... do I have to say more?  Ceri, this is what they have to say about a Sun-Juno linkage (for the clash click on the link - in there you'll also find a general note on juno-clashes); quote:
