this morning my grandmother passed away.

I thought it would show in my progressions; so I looked them up.

sp Moon on 10.03 Cancer squaring sp Pluto on 9.11 Libra (I am almost through with that Moon-Pluto square!)

sp DESC on 8.51 Cancer.

for the tertiaries:

tp DESC 8.31 Cap
tp Moon 8.33 Cap

both obviously square
tp Pluto 9.12 Libra

Transiting chart:

Tr Pluto 9.56 Cap rx, obviously triggering all that Moon-Pluto-DESC-action

Also you may believe it, or not.

At the time she died (appr. 3:30 a.m.)

Transiting ASC 9.09 Cancer (gives my goosebumps)

Transiting Moon 10.07 Libra

square
Transiting Pluto 9.57 Capricorn conjunct
transiting DESC 9.09 Capricorn

And obviously perfectly aligned with my MOon-Pluto-ASC-configurations.

BTW my grandmother was a Cancer

Actually THIS is in her natal chart:

Sun 9.59 Cancer
Mars 9.03 Cancer
Pluto 8.27 Cancer

She is at peace now.

Sending sincere condolences

ceri, you will probably see the progressed aspect in your Grandmother's childs chart.
Is it your Mother or Father?

I am sorry for your loss, Ceri

May she rest in peace

The astrology of this event is indeed striking..

Thank you both.

Apart from my emotional condition, yes, I thought the astrology was very striking indeed. This perfect mirroring on so many levels, at least in terms of my chart.

I also looked at my Dad`s chart (she is his mother).

Interestingly he was also having a conjunction of Moon and Pluto in sec. progression. But this has been some months ago (but then her dying process started quite some time ago).

sp MC conjunct natal Pluto on 17 Leo exact (opposing my Moon on 17 Aquarius btw)

tp Pluto on 19 Leo conjunct sp Moon on 20 Leo

----------------
Transiting Moon 10 Libra
tp MC 10 Libra
natal Mars and SN 9 Libra

(on my natal Pluto, on my Mum`s natal Saturn, opposite my youngest brother`s Mars, and squaring my Grandma´s Sun-Mars-Pluto-conjunction in Cancer)

his sp Sun is on 9 Aries, too
