Venus in Sag with Venus in Pisces... not coolThen again i kinda have a spark for someone with Venus in Scorpio. You gotta look at his Venus & Mars, which are in Leo & Sag. Look up on how to attract a guy with Venus in Sag. Just dont be overly emotional with him.  ------------------

I have Venus in Pisces in my 11th house, I'm very emotional on the inside but quite cool on the outside.
My mars in aquarius definitely knows how to play. Lol

My secret observations however...they don't mind a little forwardness, as long as the person isn't forward forever. Push them around a little in a playful way, but don't overdo it. They'll laugh and be flustered, which is good for air signs!IP: Logged |

I try so hard to get Libra guys' attention but it never seems to work.

Thing is, attraction is not really something you can control.You can try your best to get someone to like you, but if they don't feel a spark, nothing you do will change that. Also, Sun signs are very vague.
You should check out the Venus / Moon / 7th house placements in someone's chart (okay that's for men mainly) and see if your chart reflects those energies. It all happens on a subtle level, and has little to do with your actual behaviour or appearance - let's call that phenomenon "vibes", or "energy".

Lieslilith: Somethingexcellent’s observations are kinda true. In my experiences, I told them that I like them and that often caught their attention pretty fast. Be flirty but don’t hog all of their space. They want a fair bit of personal space. Your chart is so airy, I imagine you won’t have any difficulties with that. And with your quick-witted aquarius placements and gem moon, chances are that they’ll be very interested in your intellect. I’m earth dominated, so with the air-dominated libras, there were always sparks between us but after a short while, everything mellowed into a “friendship” kind of affection. Sparks didn’t turn into the raging fire that I wanted haha so those relationships didn’t work out but we stayed as friends. Not until I met my husband, he’s a libra but he’s water and earth dominated with a fire singleton so things work out well IP: Logged |

I remember I used to attract a lot of Libra men when I was younger (in the end, kind of scared of them now since my first was a Libra and blaahhh) I have Venus in Libra and Sun + Merc in Libra's house [7th house]. So, maybe you need some placements there?? Idk just trying to help  quote:

Any Libra planets hit me in the 6th house where my Vertex, chiron and NN are conjunct. So when a Libra comes along hitting that, omg!

It's not weird. You have Pluto in the 7th (almost 8th), a Scorpio DSC (!) and Venus in Pisces.
