Hi everyone

I've been wondering lately if whether I should take writing as a full-time job or not.
Could you please guys offer me some astrological insight into this ?

I'm also confused about which type of writing I should stick to.
I'm posting my Natal Chart. I hope that you can help me with this.
I'd truly appreciate it

Ruler of 10th in 3rd house which is associated with writing. Mercury is also conjunct Venus which can make you creative. Mercury conjunct NN, your destiny is associated with Mercury. Mercury conjunct Pluto should give you insights. Saturn sextiles Mercury which should help you in maintaining structure while writing. Ascendant is also ruled by Mercury and I just realized you've got a stellium in 3rd house.
I think you should definitely consider it. Mercury seems very important in your chart.

Also, some astrologers note that the 12th House tends to be our sacrifice to the world. It makes sense when you think of the 12th as how we connect to everything instead of just ourselves, our chosen groups or our relationships. It's kind of how you make your mark on the collective unconscious.

With your 12th House cusp in Leo and the Sun in the 3rd House, I would say that you could definitely be a writer!

Your Sun is also sitting in the sign of the storyteller (Sagittarius)!

As someone who's made their living as a more or less full-time writer for about a decade -- salaried/freelance, newspaper columnist, copy writer, technical writer, ghost writer, pretty much you name it -- I can't say I recommend it. At all.

It's a rough gig. Pay isn't usually great. Feast or famine mostly. And if you do find something consistent it's usually pretty soulless.

If you're interested in journalism, go that route. But there's a lot more to it these days than just writing.

If you want to be a novelist. Do it on the side. Give up your day job once you've successfully completed a manuscript and landed it on somebody's desk.

It's a great skill to have. Infinitely useful. But as a standalone career choice, well, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Sorry.
